I am kicking myself I didn't do this sooner. Zach was absolutely great and our carpets and tile look so much better. Our senior pup had quite a few major accidents before she passed and we tried to get the stains out ourselves after watching tons of videos. I thought for sure we would have to replace the carpet but we definitely don't have to now. You can still slightly see one of the stains that was really old and deep but I am thrilled with the results. We also added on cleaning the bathroom tile. I should have had this done at least annually as our water is very hard. It looks much better but I'll have to have Zach come back a couple of times to focus just on our 30 year old tile work. I highly recommend Zach and his technician - they were courteous, quick, and efficient. I can now host dinner parties again without being embarrassed about my floors. We had our carpets cleaned by Fresh Start today and I was really impressed. I contacted them through their facebook page and they responded to my inquiry right away. We scheduled an appointment and I had to reschedule last minute. Zach was super friendly and he was flexible in being able to accommodate my schedule. I just moved in to a new house and the carpet was in really bad shape, it had a lot of dark stains on it. I decided to do a carpet cleaning to see how it would help but honestly I wasn't expecting much, I thought it was a lost cause. However when I saw the results from their cleaning I was shocked! All the stains were gone and the carpet looked like new. I couldn't believe my eyes. They also cleaned a couch and two chairs and they look amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend their services. A pleasant surprise, Zach answered the phone when I called and stopped by to give us an estimate on his way home. We scheduled a carpet and tile clean with him but due to the size of the job we were 3 weeks out in his schedule. He verified several days before and let us know he was on the way the day of the cleaning. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The tile just sparkled when he finished and I don't think the grout ever looked better. Carpets are clean, fresh and no stains or spots anywhere. Needed our tile floors cleaned in our new (to us) home. The grout was no longer mocha, it was black after years of grease and dirt. Zach did an excellent job cleaning the grout and restoring it to its original mocha color.
