Although Roland had a great positive attitude I definitely felt that the carpet cleaning was not as thorough as it should have been. Some light furniture was not moved( e.g. when my son visiting from Florida moved the ottoman to install a ceiling fan , he not only found that there were distinct lines of going around the said ottoman but also found a missing puzzle piece!) Pablo from Triple Fresh Solutions cleaned a whole bunch of stuff in our house today. Rugs, sofas and chairs, pillows, various fabrics, tiles, and grout. Things like that. We are 100% happy. He communicated well in scheduling the appointment, kept in touch, arrived when he said he would, and did a fabulous job. He was polite, intelligent, and capable. I cannot think of anything about his work or his business that is anything but the best. Since living here we have contracted with various other deep cleaning businesses. Jen was remarkable with my questions, concerns, suggestions, budget - you name it - she listened and would offer professional comfort (is there such a thing in carpet cleaning if so this company offers it). Their prices seemed on par with others (and I got alot of quotes) but it was Jen's level of knowledge and understanding that stood out. She quoted me a price but said the tech would assess the situation (while there) and modify the price if he didn't think certain carpet areas needed heavy treatment. The tech Angel was truly a hard working magician. We were both skeptical of the carpet condition but at one point (during phone call) we both said LET'S GO FOR IT.
