Visited on a Sunday evening. Very quiet but it was late. . I ordered Mediterranean Salad and Tomato Bisque Soup. My son had the Chicken Mushroom dinner. Salad was fine, not exceptional in any way. Soup was tasty and quite good. The chicken dinner was so-so. Not worth $14. The mashed potatoes were not warm enough and definitely NOT made from scratch as they advertise. Tasted artificial. The mushrooms and sauce were very good. Service was great at counter. Table server was very courteous but did not return to check on us. read more

Really like their salad options. The half size portion is a pretty good size and I usually mix it with salmon/asian crunch panini or soup. Bonus, you can add/remove items from their salad because its made fresh. read more

We've been pretty obsessed with F2O lately! The service is always top notch and very accommodating and the food is super delicious. I usually get the Salmon panini with apple slices and my husband gets the pork panini. The corn nut salad as a side is really good and I love the honey croissants that come with the salads. :) Also $1 kids meals on weekends can't be beat! Highly recommend! read more

This was one of the places that had ahi tuna near me. I have been 5 times. The first time was amazing. The food is always great and the staff is friendly. I always get it to go and I waited 30 mins once as I watched everyone that came after me leave before me. I gave them a second and third chance and each time it's the same thing. I waited almost 45 mins the last time. My food was ready but all the guys behind the counter were too busy flirting with some girls to turn around and give me my food. Had always had F2O at the office and was finally able to check it out personally...and I must say, I'm impressed! The food (Chicken Tenderloins and Garlic Mashed Potatoes) was terrific and my friend had the Coconut Curry Salmon and swears to order the same exact thing on the next visit! We were heading to another eatery but due to sudden downpour, decided to try Fresh To Order-- they were so great in all aspects - from ordering the food; paying: and taking the order to go-- had it not been raining, we would have really enjoyed the nicely spaced outdoor seating-- aligned with the recommended guidelines for proper social distancing during these unprecedented times of a pandemic. The staff all wore face covering properly, maintained physical distancing, had the food bagged properly and didn't require any signing of credit card chit in order to minimise contact. The food was delicious and freshly made. The server was very polite. The establishment was clean and they had a hand sanitizer station right next to the table where you order your food which was located at the entrance of the eatery-- just on the outside portion of the doorway. Two thumbs up for this restaurant-- I will be back and I will know they are taking all the steps to minimize my risk for exposure to COVID-19. Thank you! read more

So glad this place is re-open after repairs this year! Their staff is so friendly and really goes the extra mile for guests (i.e., changing orders on the fly after the ticket's been printed, bringing water out for dogs of guests on the patio, smiling when they answer the phone). Visited F2O Thursday 12/04 and was disappointed. Granted, it was crowded, but they should have anticipated the crowd for the "tree lighting". It took 10 minutes to place order even though only 5 or so we're ahead of us. It took over 30 minutes to get food even though they were salads. Several around us left to watch the tree lighting, and got back before food arrived. I would like for something to "stick" at this location, as it seems ideal, but no one seems to be able to provide good service. read more

This might be the most frustrating place to eat in all of Decatur. The service and management can't get it right. For the life of me I cannot understand how this can be so hard but as we sit here for over 20 minutes waiting for our food to come out (at different times!) and in to go containers (we ordered for here!), frustration is beyond belief. They actually do a better job at lunch when they're busy but this will be the last time we're here for dinner. Too bad! read more

This place has the best black bean burger I've ever tasted. The combination of ingredients and toppings will convert even the staunchest of meat lovers looking for a healthy alternative. The service has also always been good at the Decatur, GA location and will keep me coming back for that delicious burger. If you haven't tried it don't wait any longer and go for it. I went here for the first time today. I really enjoyed the meal. I had the salmon panini on a ciabatta roll that came with chips. The meal was supposed to come with corn relish, but they were out. It was still a good meal. Service was friendly and fast. The location of the restaurant is lovely as it is situated at a main intersection in beautiful downtown Decatur. I am a fan of F20. At this location, I ordered the southwest smoky chicken (without the ranch), and I was pretty impressed by the flavors. The panini grilling was just right. My favorite part of the F20 experience is the fruit-infused water. They usually have flavors more interesting than just lemon water--I particularly love the ones with watermelon and strawberry. F20 has actually inspired me to try some fresh concoctions myself! The only downside is that I waited a bit longer than I would have expected. My visit was during off-peak hours, and I was practically the only one in the restaurant, but I still waited about 10 minutes for my order. Overall, still a good place! read more

So I live in the Decatur area so I pasted this place multiple times. I got the grilled salmon with garlic potatoes. The dish is served with mix greens with this sticky sweet sauce. When I arrived to the restaurant I was a little confused and the guy taking my order didn't really understand that. He looked a bit fed up and annoyed. The food itself was good the salmon was cooked to perfection and the potatoes weren't like sticky glue but nice and smooth. The one thing I had a problem with is the sauce I PERSONALLY thought it was a little too sweet and should of been cut down with some acidity. Over all I will be back there. read more

It tasted very good, but I think it was a chuck steak b/c it tasted great but had a big line of gristle down the middle. When i go to a restaurant for the first time i sometimes tell the server that i like all food and to order for me. i received Coconut Curry Chicken, Grilled Tuna, Fried Calamari and Mashed Sweet Potatoes. The chicken was cooked until dry, could not taste any coconut or curry, the tuna was way overcooked (not any hint of pink)and the mashed potatoes were sickeningly sugary. I have never reviewed any restaurant but this one was so horrible that i felt compelled to do so. Knowing the refined palate of Decatur diners...THIS PLACE WON'T LAST LONG! read more
