*stripped wax, cleaned tile & grout (sealed the grout)* My husband called in November got the black Friday deal 20% discount on the cleaning only, booked them for today at 9am. They (Robert and Jason) arrived at 8:45am. They helped move the couches, secured the base boards with blue tape to avoid water damage. Jason sprayed the chemical to remove the wax (we've had this wax for about 5-6 years) Robert did the wax removal while Jason was cleaning the grout with A hand wand. They explained the process, they showed my husband the first spot they did and noticed a big difference. Once Robert removed the wax he began the tile cleaning and towards the end both Robert and Jason looked at every angle to make sure all spots were properly treated. This is the second time we use their service (first time they cleaned our carpet -amazing results by the way) and we are very pleased and happy with their customer service and friendliness while keeping a very professional attitude. They provided advise on how to maintain our tile & grout clean (steam mop with exchangeable pads). Robert provided cost for air duck cleaning (our next home project). FreshDry did some major work around my home. They were one of the few companies able to perform multiple jobs around the casa. Had them scheduled for carper cleaning along with the stair area, tile and grout clean, dryer vent lint removal, and large sofa & ottoman wash. Total came up to around $600ish. FD cleaned out the small vents in the restrooms for free. Tile was clean, couch smelled fresh, and vents free from lint and dust. The carpet still had small stains by the wall molding which I guess was okay since the TV stand covered it. I also noticed some sections of the grout becoming more porous after the buffering was done. Some areas of grout with heavy traffic were lifted of stains while others had minimal stains on them. Doesn't look as though stains from grout can be removed 100%. I skipped out on the grout sealer which was going to cost me $107 and instead bought 2 $8 bottle sealer spray at Home Depot. Robert offered free fragrance for the sofa/ottoman if I purchased the sealer...didn't think it was worth additional expenses, Febrez usually does the trick. Tip: Check out the FreshDry web site or Group-on to see if discounts are available. Makes sure to do your own measurements (sofa & tile) so that billing can be more accurate. read more

Robert and his helper angel arrived on time with a text telling me that he was on his way and also a phone call. They protected my new wood floor so no moisture from cleaning the hard surfaces or the carpet would get on the wood. They took great care of protecting the walls and put protection underneath all furniture that was left on the damp carpet to prevent any damage. Extremely professional and did an excellent job and the floors look terrific !!! I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning and grout and tile cleaning as well. read more

We've had our carpets cleaned at least 7-8 times in the last 10 years. We've changed cleaners every time as the results have always just been average. Not the case with Robert from FreshDry. He got pet stains and dirt stains out that hadn't improved in years despite regular cleaning. He was also on time and very responsive with communication when setting up the appointment. I called to ask if this company would come out to look at my base that the water heater was on, and instead of them charging me $150 to come out Robert just explained to me over the phone what I could do.
