FreshDry came to me as a result of a bad experience with American Home Works. They had to wind up paying to have my carpet cleaned because of negligent workers. I was assured they had worked with FreshDay before. They had not and this was FreshDry's first call from them. HOWEVER I am so totally happy with the young man who showed up, explained Am Home Wrks only will pay for 3 rooms and not the entire house. I paid the extra $ so I didn't have "stop and start" "clean vs dirty" lines between the rooms. THE YOUNG MAN WAS VERY NEAT, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL. He called advising he was running late and gave me a time frame within which he would be at my home. He explained the process, we discussed my specific needs which were accommodated. Bought my house a year ago and never cleaned the ducts out. My kids have had bad allergies the past 6 months and we didn't know why until I got the ducts checked. I have rental homes in Riverside County. When one of my long-term tenants moved, the carpets were very dirty. In one room, someone had spilled a large amount of milk. The stench of sour milk in that room was awful. I tried eliminating the odor myself several times unsuccessfully. The technicians at FreshDry assured me they could remove the odor. They cleaned and sanitized all of the rugs in the house, and completely eliminated the sour milk odor. They arrived at the house right on time, did a great job, were very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I added tile and grout cleaning in the bathrooms at the last minute, and they made the bathrooms sparkle, as well. Once again, FreshDry did an excellent job! Before cleaning the carpet, Robert evaluated my carpet and then gave me options. There was no sales upsell or pressure of any kind. In addition to the physical work, he provided great customer service. It is customer service that I expect, but in today's world, I do not experience it often. In addition to the carpets, I asked him about cleaning the dryer vent. Lint build-up is a major fire hazard. Using a camera device, he was able to show me the amount of lint in my dryer vent. He followed up with email and text messages to confirm. I really appreciated that he gave me a 2-hour service window time and arrived within the window. Also, called me ahead to let me know they were on their way. Everyone is busy and it is wonderful to deal with business people who respect my time.
