First let me say, I really love the food here and the establishment as a whole is very bright, welcoming, clean, and just has a good feel to it. The service is pretty good, they're all very kind. But not really as attentive and observant as they should be. We have come here a lot for takeout!! And that's good news because that means we really like the place and the food!! I hope people take this next part with a grain of salt, and I hope the owner maybe keeps this in mind. We went there again yesterday, but we decided to actually dine in. We stood at the bar area for 10 minutes super confused. Do they sit us, do we sit us? There's no sign saying what we should do... The bar countertop was so dirty from other peoples food scraps. It was gross. We kept looking at staff and no one said a dang thing to us..... ‍ what are we supposed to do here? We have never dined in here before. Do we seat ourselves? There's no sign or anything, and why is this counter so dirty? Eventually a table left so we stood by the table for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. Even though we have been staring at employees the entire time. And the table was also dirty from the last people... Eventually we flagged down an employee and asked if she could clean the table for us. She gladly did. But why is this all taking so long? And the bar countertop is also still dirty, we have been there for 15 minutes so far. We sat and eventually realized we needed to order our food at the cash register and tell them what table we were sitting at. All the employees were lovely but not Observant at all. That we have been staring at them and standing around... When we ordered and eventually given our food, There were a couple mishaps with our food, but that's okay because mistakes happen and we're not the type of people who get upset over every little thing. The employees fixed everything. The reason for only 4 stars is because we were there for 1 hour from start to finish, and ONLY right before we left, did they start cleaning any of the tables or counter. They only cleaned our table because we asked. There was a massive pile of dirty dishes on the back counter, and only then did they start cleaning them up. I neglected to take pics of the pile of dirty dishes. To be fair, all the employees were busy the entire time, they weren't being lazy, they always had something to do. BUT cleaning tables and dishes need to be a priority especially during the busy hours. I urge and hope the owner please get a designated dishwasher and table cleaner especially during the busy hours. No one wants to sit at a dirty table with food scraps and sauce smears after someone has left. And also, please be more observant to confused customers who are standing around not sure what to do. A simple, "can I help you" would have really helped, and not made us feel ignored when we were confused. Also, a sign would help, like, "seat yourselves and order at the counter". Because the employees are also wait staff, and deliver food to the tables. It was just so confusing. Hope this helps. But otherwise, the employees were quite lovely when they did pay attention to you, and food is always good. Just be prepared to wait awhile for food. read more

What an absolute gem of a place! I was so lucky to have stumbled on this place while working locally. Service is excellent and quick. The restaurant I spotless and very modern with ample seating, including some outdoor spots. The food is excellent with a wide range of offering including delicious smoothies and protein packed entrees/snacks. I stopped by a total of three times in one week because their sweet cream cold brew latte was just that good. Everything I ate here was excellent and I will be stopping in whenever I'm in the area. Nice place to get some healthier food, delicious smoothies or just a snack or coffee. (They sell Collectivo coffee - my favorite) Place is smallish, but it is very clean and bright. Food menu is not huge, but what they make is good. (Menu is definitely big enough that you will find something you like). I would highly recommend the Brussel Sprouts as a side ($1 more I think). They are made with capers and are topped with Parma Cheese... very tasty! This strip mall restaurant gets very busy on some days during lunch (which means it good). But, because it gets busy, be prepared to wait a bit for your food or to make an order. read more

So relieved there's FINALLY a healthy and delicious spot like Freshfit Cafe in the area! My husband's parents live in Van Dyne and I had always hoped a spot like this would open. The menu is very limited, and items are not served as described. We got peanut butter banana chocolate pancakes. There were no bananas. There was no chocolate. It was peanut butter protein pancakes with a side of blueberries and strawberries... then just say that? We also ordered an açaí bowl. It was good in flavor, but all of the food was served on ceramic plates/ in ceramic bowls that had HUGE chips taken out of the edges! Where are the chips taken out of the plate or bowl? If you can't tell me, then the food needs to be discarded as well as the plate/bowl. That's a standard food and beverage rule just for customer safety!!! Can't have people out here crunching on ceramic and thinking it's granola ... We also ordered a lavender vanilla latte that was yummy, but served in plastic. read more

Wonderful experience! Honestly, I'm not fit or fresh but I LOVED my meal! My daughter and I both had the Southwestern Turkey burger. She had sweet potato salad and I had spinach parmesean salad for sides. The portions were very generous and the price was reasonable. This is a very cute place that I just found out about. They have a nice variety of smoothies and small meals. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when recommending items. They are never really busy but when I am there people are always picking up their previously ordered items. It is helpful that you can order online also.
