First time coming here and it will be my last time. Had a bad experience here. I paid $1.89 for a buttermilk donut. I saw the staff lady take it and put it in a bag. When I left the store and looked in my bag, it was missing half the donut. I was confused. Then looked at my photos and noticed my donut was already broken and the broken piece was still on the baking sheet. You would think she would put that broken piece in my to go bag but she didn't. I have to leave a 1 star review, because though my husband and I enjoyed coming here in the early mornings, our recent visits have been anything but comfortable. At the beginning of our visits, it was welcoming and courteous from the staff. Our last recent visits, the ambience changed that both my husband and I noticed. This morning, my husband wanted to get donuts for his crew, so we went. We walked in saying hello but the gentleman behind the counter stared at us coldly and didn't say anything at all. Then he called for another staff to finish taking our order. We didn't do anything to receive this kind of regard. And given that this has happened a few times to us already, I do not have intentions in coming back to buy from this business. It shouldn't be hard for any business to just treat everyone with kindness and respect for the short time they are there to order. Especially in the early mornings when there is little foot traffic in the shop. If you want to keep customers, please treat them kindly, that is bare minimum, especially for a small business. read more

Freshh Donuts has unfortunately gone downhill. The ladies working there have been pretty rude during my recent visits, which is a big contrast to before 2020 when the gentleman who worked there was always super friendly and welcoming, and the donuts were genuinely good. Lately, the donuts also seem really pricey for what you get. The last few times I stopped by, the donuts were dry, and I even noticed a few flies inside the display where the donuts were stored, which was pretty off-putting. I've been coming here since before it change new ownership. I loved it when it was open 24/7. My friends and I would do midnight donut runs. Now that it has changed it still is just as amazing with fun Hello Kitty doughnuts that my daughters love. The servers are nice and helpful. I had the croissant ( egg sausage bacon ) breakfast which is average to me. The croissant is moist but it kind of more like a wet bread. The croissants are good and priced around $6.50, I had #1 bacon, turkey, and ham toasted croissant with mayo and mustard lathered on. It's got crispy lettuce, cucumbers, purple onions, and tomatoes . The Green Cooler has cucumber, apple, and kale . It tasted like pure green juice no extra extract, sweetness, or pulp added soo good! I didn't mind waiting in line outside the store this morning since the donuts I got for Easter were a hit...They looked so adorable and tasted great too... I'm glad I had seen other reviewers on Yelp mention their strawberry filled donuts since they didn't have them in the front display case, and when I asked about them, they brought them from the back for me... As busy as they were, there was only one young girl handling the front by herself but she was doing a good job and she was pretty fast, and there was another lady in the back probably making more donuts...
