First time coming here and it will be my last time. Had a bad experience here. I paid $1.89 for a buttermilk donut. I saw the staff lady take it and put it in a bag. When I left the store and looked in my bag, it was missing half the donut. I was confused. Then looked at my photos and noticed my donut was already broken and the broken piece was still on the baking sheet. You would think she would put that broken piece in my to go bag but she didn't. Freshh Donuts has unfortunately gone downhill. The ladies working there have been pretty rude during my recent visits, which is a big contrast to before 2020 when the gentleman who worked there was always super friendly and welcoming, and the donuts were genuinely good. Lately, the donuts also seem really pricey for what you get. The last few times I stopped by, the donuts were dry, and I even noticed a few flies inside the display where the donuts were stored, which was pretty off-putting. Overall, it's not the same place it used to be, and I don't see myself coming back anytime soon. read more

The owner replied to my complaint about not adhering to the hours listed on the door by saying that there is a 7:45 "last call." A suggestion: Change your sign to read, "10 pm -- 7:45 pm" on the door. If you won't allow people to do business after 7:45, then you are closed for business at 7:45. I've been coming here since before it change new ownership. I loved it when it was open 24/7. My friends and I would do midnight donut runs. Now that it has changed it still is just as amazing with fun Hello Kitty doughnuts that my daughters love. Some days the girls behind the counter are nice sometimes a little not so nice, but that's with anywhere you go. I never take it personally. The servers are nice and helpful. I had the croissant ( egg sausage bacon ) breakfast which is average to me. The croissant is moist but it kind of more like a wet bread. Incredible donuts. Truly life-altering. Possibly imprisonment-level good. I came in for donuts and somehow ended up locked in the bathroom. The door will not open. I have tried everything. I am now trapped with only my thoughts and the consequences of eating three donuts too quickly. That said--the donuts were phenomenal. Although they do have a good variety of donuts, in the past I've had their classic glazed donut holes and it's the perfect bite of indulgence. The croissants are good and priced around $6.50, I had #1 bacon, turkey, and ham toasted croissant with mayo and mustard lathered on. It's got crispy lettuce, cucumbers, purple onions, and tomatoes . The Green Cooler has cucumber, apple, and kale . It tasted like pure green juice no extra extract, sweetness, or pulp added soo good! Definitely more raw tasting and gnarly, but really healthy for you, get those greens in!! I was surprised to see a local shop sell fresh juice and am so glad that they do. On that particular day, I placed an order for a half-dozen box of donuts, a bagel sandwich, and an iced coffee. My family really enjoyed the donuts while I highly enjoyed the sandwich and coffee. I didn't mind waiting in line outside the store this morning since the donuts I got for Easter were a hit...They looked so adorable and tasted great too...
