I came in after seeing crumbl's post about receiving a free thin cookie (no purchase necessary). Upon showing up, I figured I would buy something because I felt weird just showing up for it. The shop was super empty at 4PM so I got my order really quick. Upon getting my order, I asked about the free cookie only to find out that they were only doing that starting at 5-6PM...which is weird because there was no sign or anything that indicated so. It wasn't worth fighting for me, but I do feel that this should be noted as a reminder that not all crumbl are the same. I would recommend calling in to ask about promos as it seems they don't exactly to follow other crumbls. Not too sure if I'd go out of my way to come back again. read more

Complete disaster. Only one employee and she was rude. I was first in line and couldn't use the dirty soda voucher on kiosk. I was told there was a line so she couldn't take my order...after she took the order in front of me. I explained I was here before everyone else. She told me I needed to go to kiosk. I use to order Crumbl in Glendale and Burbank and the cookies were always perfect. I moved to chino hills a year in a half ago and this location was great at first . I'm not sure if they have new staff/ bakers but the cookies are 90% raw when I visit towards I took a long break. I decided to grab my birthday cookie today and it was totally raw . The guy working there is nice and I know crumbl is know for half raw cookies but this is RAW. I won't visit this store again . The female worker is slightly rude as well so I will find another location once I get over my ptsd lol read more

Great experience again at Crumbl- chino with minimal wait time, which is always a plus. The cookies were fresh, warm, and full of flavor. Some of the sweeter options, like the Oreo, were a bit too sweet for me -- and I definitely have a sweet tooth -- but the quality and overall taste were still really good. I enjoy the rotating menu because there's always something new to try, but I miss that chocolate one I first had. Would be great if they had a few of the previous menu options to choose from as well. My wife always gets cravings and looks for the various cookies they have. They always have something different so it was nice to see them have a lot that we like. Everything was soft and delicious except for the peanut butter Oreo. That was an interesting one but it would have been nice to have a softer cookie. I placed an online order at this Crumbl location, and the app estimated it would be ready in about 15 minutes. I arrived within that timeframe, but my order wasn't ready. Trying to be patient, I waited in my car for an additional 45 minutes, expecting the app to notify me when it was ready so I wouldn't have to stand inside. After waiting that long with no update, I went inside. There were three employees behind the counter talking to each other, and none of them acknowledged me. I stood there until one briefly looked at me, then turned back to continue their conversation. I eventually had to interrupt just to say I was there to pick up an order, and even then, there was no sense of urgency or acknowledgment, just blank stares while they kept talking. After a few minutes, another employee finally asked for my name. When I mentioned I had already been waiting 45 minutes, she casually said their computer wasn't working. No apology, no communication, and no effort to inform customers who were left waiting. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. If there are delays or technical issues, customers should at least be informed so they're not left waiting unnecessarily. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Thanks to my lovely sister, got to try the cookies for the first time! She ordered via the crumbl cookies app and assigned me as the pick up person. I was immediately greeted upon entry and told them of my sister's order, and they informed me that they were boxing it up. After waiting only a couple of minutes, I was given the cute pink box of 4 sweet delicious cookies. We had the following: churro, milk glaze (which was topped with fruity pebbles cereal), and blueberry cheesecake. I thought all were incredibly sweet, and best when eaten cold/chilled, especially the blueberry cheesecake cookie. The cookies are great for slicing up & sharing, as they are huge and very sweet; unless you are a Cookie Monster and can handle consuming a load of sugar. read more

First time at this location, surprisingly it wasn't busy for a Friday evening. Was greeted upon entering from the one gentleman working in front as they were all busy making cookies and putting orders together. We noticed "self order" kiosks, but opted to order directly at the counter, with an employee instead. We ordered 2 chocolate chip, one waffle and a fried ice cream cookie. My favorite was the waffle cookie. I liked how it was served with a side of maple syrup and not incorporated into the cookie. The dollop of buttercream frosting gave the waffle cookie that extra sweetness but too much of it was..overkill IMO. I wish it was served a little warmer (like a real waffle) but it was still delicious nonetheless. There is no seating at this location but across the street in the shopping plaza, there is ample seating available amongst the other eateries in the area. read more
