One thing to note (important, but not necessarily negative): I have Delta Advantage dental coverage, and the office does not take payment directly from them (though, as a courtesy, they do submit the claim). You have to pay up front and get reimbursed. From my limited experience with their care and demeanor, it's worth it. Now that the emergency has passed, I've scheduled a routine checkup and intend on becoming a regular patient.

It started the night a veneer fell off, front and center of my smile, the night before flying out for an important event the next morning. Panicked, I reached out to Dr. Ohanesian and to my amazement, he texted me back (at 11PM!) and had me come in before normal working hours in order to squeeze me in. He completely saved the day! I just went back to take care of a couple of things and just can't say enough regarding how kind, patient, compassionate, funny, and what a great dentist he is. I am seen primarily by Dr. Cho and she is great--very kind and explains her treatment process thoroughly. Appointments with dental work specifically (cleanings, fillings, etc) are easy to reschedule within a few days of your original appointment which I appreciate due to my busy work schedule. However one area they could definitely improve on is their availability of their Sure Smile (Invisilign) appointments and services. This office HEAVILY pushes invisilign and has signs and plaques all over the office claiming they are in the top 1% of invisilign providers. However these appointments are very difficult to come by. If I have to reschedule an appointment to get my new aligners, the average wait time is a month to get a new appointment. One time, my aligners were lost in the mail and the office had to reschedule and it was 6 weeks out to reschedule. It's pretty annoying and creates a significant setback for the treatment schedule. I feel they should have more RDAs to provide these services since they push it so much.

I have had a few appointments already, and my opinion has not changed. Rebecca, the front desk receptionist who assisted me, deserves praise and recognition. She made me feel very welcome on my first day. She was cheerful and made me feel important as a new patient. They also gifted me a "Welcome!" goodie bag!!! How nice is that?? My first visit was today and the reviews and ratings provided accurate! The office is bright and cheerful decorated in blue, white and yellow. I was greeted upon entering the office and was introduced to all members at the front desk. I was given what was basically a pricing sheet for services the office provided as they relate to my particular insurance. I appreciated this to circumvent any questions or surprises. The dental assistant called my name, introduced herself, and provided an introduction to the practice itself. She showcased the accreditation of all three doctors (also father , son and daughter) as well as a photo walking the family. There was a little welcome gift bag in my exam chair with some small person hygiene items. The dental assistant took the time to ask about me and made me feel valued. The cleaning and exam was done by the patriarch of the practice. His mannerism and knowledge is precise and comfy at the same time. It was a great experience and happy to say that this is an an example of a door opening when another has shut.
