He was standing in the corner facing the wall when I mentioned it to her she said oh he's just old. I pointed out. No he was scared. Was also told they don't interact with the dogs at all so they just put them in the room and shut the door would not recommend this place at all. We ended up walking out.

I've taken my dog here two separate times for daycare, but have heard prior from other dog owners not recommending this place because of their dogs also catching kennel cough. Also, everytime I pick up my dog she reeks of pee and is absolutely disgusting. This place is an indoor facility with a very small out door area with turf. I don't even know if they prioritize letting them outside, if at all, or when. It's definitely not enough space for the amount of dogs they take in. They won't let you see the area they place them in for daycare either - they tell you to look at the photos they have on their Facebook page. So you can imagine the amount of feces on the ground of this place even if they say they have "dedicated areas" for them to use the bathroom. It's clearly not prioritized for them to be cleaning this up frequently, otherwise my dog wouldn't come home smelling absolutely horrible every single time. I shouldn't have to pay for a bath every time she attends daycare or is boarded. Especially for specific breeds, you literally cannot wash their coats that often. I figured I would be given some sort of overview when I picked her up since it was her first time staying like how she did, if she ate her food, how she was through the night and the next morning; I received none of that. Just pay and here's your dog. All in all, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt, and everyone else's word turned out to be true in the end. I do not recommend this place and will never be back.

I liked that PetSuites lets you bring in anything your dog would want while she's there. I sent in her food (they provide iams), some treats, some toys, and her bedding. It was all returned to us nicely, with no odor or anything! While my dog was there, she did get diarrhea. A lady, who appeared to be the boss or a veterinarian, described the diarrhea to me, and told me she gave her a bland food instead of her food. This is all fine, she could have called first, but I was happy to see that they were very caring. Overall, I liked my dealings with PetSuites, and I would use them again in the future.

I scheduled my two dogs for an evaluation last Friday. I was told to have them there by 9:30am, evaluation at noon, and then pick any time after 3pm. It was around 2:45pm and I hadn't heard anything all day, so I called and was told that my dogs had not been evaluated yet but they were about to within the next 15 minutes, it would take 15-20 minutes to complete, and they would call me when they were done so I could come get them. 4pm came around and I hadn't heard anything, so I just went to get them anyways. When I got there, I immediately could tell something was off. The employee at the counter just stared at the computer for minutes, not saying a word. She then went to the back office for a few minutes, returned to the desk and continued to just be on the computer. I could tell by her body language that something was wrong. She finally walked off to get my dogs, but I heard her call on the radio asking where they even were. When she brought them out, she just handed them to me and didn't say anything. I had to ask if they passed, in which she replied, "no, they were too nervous and you'll have to come back and do it again." She could not give me any details about how they acted or what the evaluation had consisted of. Something didn't feel right about this entire interaction, so I called to speak with a manager. There were no notes on their account, so the manager went to talk to other employees to find out what happened. Turns out they were incorrectly booked and did not receive an evaluation at all, and instead were "day-boarded". I understand that miscommunications happen, but explicitly lying is unacceptable. When I call to check on their evaluation and am told that they are about to do it but then never follow up, and then I pick them up and am lied to again about how their evaluation went. Just tell me they got booked wrong. Or when I called to check on their evaluation, do it then since that should have alerted you that there had been a miscommunication. That's all you had to do. Instead, the employees felt the need to fabricate a story and place the blame on my dogs' behavior instead of their mistake. PetSuites has completely lost my trust in their ability to care for my dogs and I will not be returning.
