I got to the visitation and was blown away. I went to Freytag's to inquire about flowers for my upcoming wedding. Fortunately, unlike another reviewer, I was not chastised for not making an appointment. However, the woman who helped me, while not unfriendly, she didn't, well, HELP, very much. I am obviously not a florist. That's why I came. Just throwing out flower names without giving me a picture to go with it doesn't work for me. Sticking your nose up and basically only offering me one option because I have a low budget doesn't work for me either. You could have tried a little harder. I actually relaxed on my budget after going here and found another florist that gave me a higher estimate but I was willing to pay more because she was so much more helpful and had much better ideas. I willing to admit that perhaps had I made an appointment for a legitimate consult the results would have been better. But no one told me that, and my experience ended up being far less than satisfactory. read more

I've never bought flowers online before, and this was so easy and quick and I can't wait for my bestie to get the flowers on her birthday!

So I ordered an arrangement from them for my girlfriend. With delivery charges it was 88 dollars and I asked for tulips as the primary flower. The arrangement was not terrible but it was very small and not impressive. It included ten tulips and some greens. I saw 10 tulips for sale at HEB for 5.99 yesterday. If I had paid 30 dollars vs 88 then I would not be as disappointed. Edit: So less than an hour after my 2 star posting the manager Shean emailed me a voucher for the amount of my original investment. That is pretty great customer service so I updated to 4 stars to recognize that attention. read more

I had flowers sent to me for my birthday. It is the middle of spring and the winds were very high that day as she was walking up my driveway the balloon flew away. As soon as I answered the door she apologized and said she was going to see what they were going to do to make up for it. A few moments later I get another knock on the door, she proceeds to tell me that she will be back tomorrow with a bud vase and my happy birthday balloon. I thought to myself that is really not necessary it's just a balloon and the flowers are already beautiful but was in such awe at how badly they wanted to make it right. Fast forward to the next day. I get a knock at the door and she's back with my rose bud vase and balloon just as promised. They've got a customer in me for life!
