The young girls, they have their have no idea how to help pick up tuxedos for young men. It was an awful experience. My kids literally just gave up and said they didn't even need to go to the prom. It was that chaotic. No professionalism, no knowledge of fitting which is sad because my older sons all got their tux their years ago and it was quite different won't come back. read more

We recently went to Friar Tux to rent suits for our wedding. Overall everyone was super friendly and helpful. They took their time to make sure everything was correct. As the date approached, and the men went in for their final fitting, we did have some issues. Sizing was off, but Donna stepped in quickly to help order the correctly sized items and ensured that everything would be ready for the big day. When it came time to pick up the suits days before the event, an employee had given the wrong suit to the wrong person on 2 separate occasions. This was an inconvenience, but Donna once again saved the day. She called to apologize for the inconvenience and notified me that supervisors would be informed of the issue and made everything right by ordering the suits again. Even on her day off, she came in and checked on our order for us. As a stressed out bride, I was truly grateful for her. Donna is very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. You are in good hands with her. I will be returning to Friar Tux for future events, thanks to Donna! read more

This place was a life saver! I was in dire need of a cream colored tux and a different suit place I was working with was unfortunately unable to acquire the color I needed. I was so stressed as my wedding was in less than a month! But thank goodness I found this Friar Tux. I was able to get an appointment and be seen right away and had my suit in less than a week! The matching belt and shoes, tie and clip, and handkerchief they had were also great. All at a great price!
