Whether you have an appointment or not, you will most likely be seen within 10 minutes. We didn't have an appointment, but it is best to have one to avoid a wait. You first check in on the iPad at the entrance, and then you'll be called when it's your turn. The process is very quick and from start to finish, should take about 1/2 hour. Oh and if you went to one of the local private Catholic schools, you get a discount.

They really want above and beyond. They totally went out of their way for my son's wedding. They dressed everybody wonderfully. We purchased the attire suits for the groom, vest and pants for the groomsmen. They were excellent. Service was great. Value was amazing.

Hi, I need a black tux with a bow tie and cummerbund for my 4 year old (who wears a 6T but will need alterations) by next Thursday morning, 5/11. Is this still doable? The website isn't showing availability for this date. Thanks!

Me and my fiancé had been here once before and did not have the best experience, so we almost didn't come back.

This was the closest place here in OC to find BBC stuff but it doesn't look like they have much of it anymore. I only look at the shirts and hats because the jackets and pants/shorts always seem way over priced. I know some of these are limited edition but c'mon.. if you want $250 for a jacket you're gonna have to add more than a patch or small graphic to a regular looking jacket/hoodie to get my business. Also, this place could use some better customer service. I don't know how many times I've stopped by and the guy at the desk just sits there clicking away on the computer.

"We don't care about your 'brand'. So please, don't ask if we want to sell it." I forgot the other one, it went on the lines of "no shirt, no shirts, no bullshit??" or "we don't take any of your bullshit"...I forgot, blunt..but real and funny. The store itself is real sleek. One of the nicer shops I've been to. Workers are chill, they have displays out, most of their supply is in the back, just ask for various sizes.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

The amount and variety of thrifted pieces was impressive - it's an organized place with labels indicating what each section feature. For example, they have a rack for brands like Supreme, Street Luxury, shoes, accessories, etc. One thing I noticed is that, although they are selling thrifted products, the prices aren't the cheapest. I didn't get to interact much with the staff. They were busy at the cashier or organizing the clothes.

One of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I've had. I returned a dress that didn't fit, and…read morethe employee repeatedly accused me of wearing it even after I explained I had not. I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn't even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.

I also felt there was judgment and discrimination toward customers who may not fit a certain body type or appearance standard, which made the shopping experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a customer, everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their body shape or appearance. Unfortunately, this location did not reflect the inclusive image the brand promotes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both professionalism and customer service.
