I came to Raj for a custom suit for my wedding and it came out PERFECT. The entire process was very easy and smooth. Raj has a really good sense of how to get you your best fit, for whatever situation you may need. He is very knowledgeable and was providing great information about how my suit will work in a practical situation. For example, making sure my pants weren't too tight, so I can dance/bend. Comically, I tried to ask for skinnier pants, and he listened! He told me it could be risky, but I listened to my heart. WRONG It was my own fault, but I did end up ripping my backside of my pants. (Yes my butt) Luckily, the way Raj does the pants/flaps. It went unnoticeable all night! Also, The color of the suit came out phenomenal. There entire night I was bombarded with, "OMG that suit color!" from family/vendors. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my decision. And very thankful to have met this man! You are a different person when you're wearing one. If you go custom, the selection of colors, fabrics, patterns, features on the suit (pockets, collars, cuffs, etc.) is incredible, allowing you to fully tailor it to your look. He knew the style I was looking for and never tried to 'force' an opinion onto me. He merely made suggestions and assured me it would come out the way I imagined it. I was especially nervous to go to By Design because there are no other female reviewers, but this place is so highly recommended I decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad I went to Raj for my alterations. His prices were very reasonable and the results were perfect. He was also extremely pleasant to work with and gave me feedback on the way my suit looked. I had him hem my pants, completely take in the back and arms of the jacket, as well as shorten the sleeves.
