I called Garys roughly 30 minutes prior to their closing for the night and a nice associate answered, I wish I could remember his name because he was great! I explained my dilemma and I said I wear a 34 in a particular brand. He replied with, "no problem, I'll set aside two pairs of pants with your name. Be here at 10:00am and we can probably have our tailor hem them for you in no time!" You've got to be kidding was my thought! We headed to Gary's at 10:00am, the pants were laid out with my name and Todd was there ready to help. Todd was extremely helpful, got me fitted right away and helped with some other items that I didn't need but could live without! 20or so minutes later I had pants!!! I really don't know many places that can offer that sort of drop of the hat service; but Gary's did and I am very appreciative. Todd and Co. thank you for the great service! They fixed it by providing brand new ones but it took another 6 weeks to get. Purchased in the winter and then once it got hot I rolled up my sleeves and my elbow tore through each of the shirts because they were too tight and improperly sized. Went back to try and tie them a chance to make to right and they gave me a hard time about it. 2/3 shirts were torn and after a lot of back and forth they said they would replace two of them. I asked if I had to go outside and put on the third one so they could see it torn before they replaced it and they refused to replace it. Crazy that for as much as they charge and a custom suit experience the treat customers like this. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Also tried contacting their corporate hq for customer service and, surprise, no response.

She also spent so much time with me, which I know is not always possible and was just luck because it was a little slower that day (I went on a Monday). After helping me find my dream dress, Daniella stepped in for measurements and suggested a specific bolero when I mentioned I needed a jacket to wear during our church ceremony. She recommended one that was so glamorous and transformed my dress from what felt like one look, to two. I am so in love with my dress, jacket, and the matching veil she suggested. Every time she asked for a change, they refused, saying it would change the designer's intention regardless of how it fits on the bride, and they kept threatening her with rush fees for any further modifications. A dress should be altered to fit the bride, not to preserve the designer's work. 1 month before our wedding they had screwed up her dress, so we had to find another bridal shop last minute and pay extra fees to make sure it would be ready in time. They refused to refund her money and told her to take the unaltered dress or they would toss it, which I found very rude. My fiancé was left in tears and under enormous stress dealing with this shop. I would strongly discourage anyone from buying their dress here.

Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.
