Lucked out in scheduling a same day appointment on a Saturday for 1330 hours. While there is a parking structure directly across from the storefront - first 30 mins $1, $9 daily max - we were lucky to find street side metered parking for about $1.80 per hour across the cross walk. Check in was relatively straightforward with a sign posted upon entry and a QR code. We were quickly acknowledged upon arrival, and upon appointment time, greeted formally by Octavio. The display suits were clutter free and easy to understand, labeled with rental vs purchase prices and paired with ties / pocket squares to afford shoppers a potential vision for the ensemble. The entire process with Octavio was hassle free, precise, and lightning quick - out in under an hours time. In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable, Octavio provided great solutions to challenges pertaining to my in-between sizing as they presented. The process of trying on the pieces and then reassessing them with the alterations was seamless - absolutely pun intended. Octavio's experience and methodical " measure twice cut once " approach, turned my headache of a chore into a pleasant experience.

Lovely selection - I've been here twice (for both my boys' proms) and (most) of their staff is excellent. My younger son has a pretty unique style and did not want to do the standard black tux, but Friar Tux had a lot of stylish options and he was able to get just what he wanted. The saleslady that helped him was very patient and supportive - the best! My only complaint is that the check-in process was confusing (esp. as we had an appointment), and the woman who was helping with check-in was a bit abrupt with me when I was confused by the process.

Beautiful tan suit with maroon bowtie, handkerchief, and socks. He is also wearing light brown shoes as suggested by Octavio.

This place is amazing. They treat you with respect and accommodate all needs. Thank You to the person who gave my son service for his Prom. His name is Octavio. If you ever need to rent a suit or a tuxedo, make sure you ask for him. My son looked Sharp. Thank You again.

I used Friar Tux in Glendale to rent my tuxedo for my wedding! The entire process from picking a tux to picking it up and returning it was absolutely painless and was an easy process Prices were a LOT more reasonable than Men's Wearhouse! Every employee I interacted with were very professional and made my experience super easy. During such a stressful period, I'm glad at least this one thing was so easy. Thank you to everyone at this location!

I'd like to express my deepest appreciation to Cody and Friar Tux. Customer service was 12/10, Cody has helped me pick an amazing suit from top to bottom, did all the measurements and was extremely nice throughout the entire process. He customized the pants to my needs and found all the right sizes right away. Friar Tux appeared to have everything for an amazing value, and I'm very satisfied with an entire process. I recommend this place to absolutely everyone and I sincerely appreciate Cody for all the assistance! Wonderful experience.

Unfortunately, one person can change your perception, manager, Angelo. Walking into the store I was greeted by Romel, who was very polite, greeted me, professionally. Things were off to a great start! The reason for the visit was due to a purchase of a suit jacket over 400 miles away. It was one item of over $700 worth of clothes purchased. At that location, they had press the jacket and put it in a garment bag, it had never been used part of men's warehouse, Incredible, customer service, experience. In the move, the receipt could not be found but was available within men's warehouse account and was confirmed prior to arriving. After making a phone call. I was told an exception could be made for store credit if it is only the one item. So I begin looking for items in the store, and was planning to even buy additional items. It was in that moment a person walked up with the jacket and said "when you were done there, I have a situation to explain." I said sure. Is everything OK? Angelo said "well. This jacket doesn't have the tags." my response was yes. I had realized that when I opened the garment bag and explained they had been taken off when it was pressed by the other Men's Wearhouse. I am not sure what was done with the tags, but the jacket is unused and has never left the garment bag. He opened the bag and said the jacket tail flaps are open. Again I explained it's not their fault they were trying to help. I also once again said it was unused and within the return window. Angelo's response was, you'll have to call customer service. I was a bit throwing off, because first of all 1) Angelo did not introduce himself, I did not know his name or his position. 2) As a manager. My thoughts are you deal with situations and not pass them on, and especially did not even offer the number to customer service. 3) The approach taken was that you do not have the tags, and they should not have done that yet. What was the resolution to the issue? Why is that my fault or someone else's for showing a high level of customer service to begin with? 4) I explained that I was already here and had called prior and his response was well. They are not a manager. My thoughts were. The person had actually asked a manager. Someone showing excellent customer service should not be looked down upon for their efforts. Angelo made no effort. Still, I had not received a number a real resolution or even a name. I mentioned I would make an accurate review of these events and here it is. The positive experience with the Men's Wearhouse and those representing the brand and the less than stellar experience from a leader.
