Check my Son and a group of five friends with us to rent a suit and tie, but ended up purchasing and also make pain for alterations. We went back to get the fitting and everything looked great however, when we got home, we noticed that the strings were still attached due to the alterations, and the pants and the shirt were not ironed or dry clean just super bad service when I called to speak to your assistant manager, she said well that's the way we do things. It's the same thing that you do when you go to Macy's or another department store customer service was super low and will not go back again. Friar Tux really came through for my family this weekend. We received last minute invites on Wednesday for my two teenage boys to join my husband and I at a black tie event 3 days later on Saturday. I called the West Covina location to schedule a tuxedo fitting appointment and they were completely booked Wednesday, so they made an appointment for me on Thursday afternoon and assured me that it would be ready on Friday afternoon for pick up. When we arrived, Victoria assisted my boys with their measurements and provided me with an affordable option to include the suit, shoes, socks, etc. The shop became so busy with customers but she still hustled and multi tasked and met all customer needs with a friendly attitude. Since my boys were between sizes, she went above and beyond my expectations and ordered multiple sizes for pick up so that when they came back the next day to try on, they could see which one fit best. All the employees were very nice and willing to help with anything. They let you try on the looks and give you a good fitting. The only downside to this place would be the parking ad it's hard to find and on a busy street.
