Went here for a tuxedo rental for my wedding. Workers here are all super friendly and helpful. Made a quick appointment online first, and it only took less than 5 minutes to start my fitting. They went through all the options they had and after I chose a color/style, they went straight to getting my measurements. I appreciate the attention to detail they gave which every new piece I tried on. Picked up my tux the week of my wedding which they either let you try in store or bring home to make sure it fits. I didn't have any issues with mine so I didn't need anything swapped out. When it came back to returning, I ended up returning it to the Arcadia location instead due to my proximity at the time, which they accepted with no issue. Friar Tux really came through for my family this weekend. We received last minute invites on Wednesday for my two teenage boys to join my husband and I at a black tie event 3 days later on Saturday. I called the West Covina location to schedule a tuxedo fitting appointment and they were completely booked Wednesday, so they made an appointment for me on Thursday afternoon and assured me that it would be ready on Friday afternoon for pick up. When we arrived, Victoria assisted my boys with their measurements and provided me with an affordable option to include the suit, shoes, socks, etc. The shop became so busy with customers but she still hustled and multi tasked and met all customer needs with a friendly attitude. I had a great experience here at Friar Tux. I went to rent a grey and a blue suit for an event. I made an appointment ahead of time which made the process quick and easy. All the employees were very nice and willing to help with anything. They let you try on the looks and give you a good fitting. At checkout, I used my 20% off discount I got from checking in on yelp when saved me about $40 which was very nice. The only downside to this place would be the parking ad it's hard to find and on a busy street.
