While talking to the manager I was shocked to see how unsanitary the kitchen was, completely lost my appetite. The manager wouldn't refund my money or provide what I ordered. She told me to complain to corporate and called me an "A$$hole". In the end, I couldn't eat the food they did provide as the store is not safe, so it didn't matter I didn't get my food. After complaining to Popeyes corporate I came to understand her attitude. Corporate simply didn't care. Although the new Popeyes chicken sandwiches are pretty good, avoid this store like the plague, expect unsanitary, unsafe, in the process of not filling your order.

If the customer calls the restaurant accommodate the customer don't put the burden back on customer to count the missing item as a loss. This was my first time trying this restaurant and will not come back again.
