They didn't listen, made excuses and never apologized for the inconvenience they caused! However, after that retched experience I called Northeast Towing and talked to Gary to schedule a pick up for my vehicle at a later time that day. Gary advised me that he didn't know if they would be busy and have the wrecker I needed available so he told me to call back and they would get it taken care of. I did just that, I called back. Gary was gone for the day but guess what? He had left my info for the evening crew! How's that for customer service?!? I know right EXCEPTIONAL! I had the pleasure of talking to Doug and he told me either he or another driver would be out to pick up my vehicle within 30 minutes! Doug was AWESOME!!!!!!!! I asked if he towed cars and he said let's try a jump first. After 4 more jumps and him even working on my battery connection, the car wouldn't stay running. Given my car not wanting to stay on, and him being so nice and genuine, I admitted I was brand new to town and knew no one, so I asked for a referral to a trustworthy mechanic. He recommended a shop just up the road. I insisted on buying his lunch for all his help and he even followed me to the shop to make sure I got there okay. I am a female law student so I am skeptical of businesses taking advantage of a lady in distress who knows no one in town. This business was the opposite. They were professional, curteous and spent a good 45min of their lunch just trying to help me get out of the parking lot. They also saved me a few hundred dollars and a LOT of hassle and grief.
