He found some things about the AC I only assume is correct because we have lived here 6 years and never had to fix anything on the AC so it seemed like it was ligit. The price was of course high but I'm sure any commercial service is going to run the same. Again I really like the technician, the low rating is no reflection on him or his work. The following week, I had an emergency plumbing situation. I cared summers 3 times and each time after holding about 2 minutes was given a voicemail to get a call back. So we called a different plumber and got the service done (Shout out ro Mr.Quick). I called to cancel the membership because this is the second time in my course of dealing with Summers that they have been unavailable for a service. ( I had their maintenance service a couple years back and a plumber refused to take his equipment down into the basement and do the work so I had to college a of a climber again in that situition. But I just decided to give summer's another chance because their monthly service was a little cheaper than the competitor. Of course when I called they said oh you have to have the money agreement for 6 months. They apologized and said they were busy but offered nothing. At very least they could have said we will give you a coupon or discount on the next service (I know i will still need service on the blower, but hey they didn't offer anything) so I got the date I can call and cancell with out them charging me and will drop them and not give them a third chance!

Early the next morning, I had a message from Adam B. Once I got to work, I returned the call and quickly described my issue and what I believed it to be. The first available appointment wasn't until Monday (it wasn't urgent, so I wasn't worried about going the weekend). I got my timeframe. I had a couple other appointments that day, so I ended up taking the day off so I could easily be available. I immediately liked that they told me who would be arriving - AND that was who arrived. I also liked that they use a customer portal that allows you to have some security if you pay online or to review your records. Christian arrived (there was one other person with him). It took him a couple minutes to diagnose the issue he believed it to be, and it took him not a lot longer to determine that diagnosis correct. He quoted the price, I agreed, and he got to work. After finishing the work, he determined the original issue I'd believed it to be wasn't quite needing to be addressed (but will be in the near future). We discussed options, including ways I could save a bit. Christian was personable and explained things in a way I could understand. The issue was likely caused by me, but he managed to avoid using the word "idiot" at any point. The repair was done in a timely manner. The price ended up being a bit lower than quoted. I appreciated his honesty as he very easily could have pointed me toward a repair not needing done yet. It also became obvious the last person I'd used had really only done half the job. Everything has worked beautifully since Christian finished. There are likely a couple more projects I'll tackle in the near future, and I won't hesitate to return to Grateful Plumber. The housecall was $59, but that was credited toward the repair once I decided to have them do the work. Friendly employees. Good follow-through. Fair pricing. Quality work. Problem solved. That's 5-star for me and another winner for Yelp's project feature.

Our Mr Plumber technician, JEFF was easily the best interaction in 50 years with a plumber. Jeff is not only extremely talented in his trade; he exemplifies the best in the top of customer service. Within an hour duration of the service call he had become family. JEFF IS CERTAINLY AN ASSET OF WILLLIAMS COMFORT MR PLUMBER. Two days after our experience, we saw Jeff highlighted on a commercial recognizing his out of the ordinary care for a customer in distress. I can truly attest that the guy you see hugging the elderly customer exemplifies Jeff's treatment of his customers. He is a blessing.

They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. We have HomeServe insurance, so we contacted them and they dispatched Varsity Zone HVAC - Fishers to our house on Monday before noon. The General Manager came out, repaired it, then got frustrated with how to reattach the top of the unit, so he attempted to finish it incorrectly, which damaged the coil, destroyed the unit, which made the freon spew everywhere. He uttered a curse word and said, "Looks like you're getting a new unit today." It is now FRIDAY, we do NOT have a new unit. We have suffered through 6 miserable days of 90+ degree weather outside. Inside our house, it has been 90-100+ degrees at times. Varsity will not take ownership of their mistake. They will not return our calls. This is unacceptable and negligible. We have children, one with an autoimmune disease, 2 dogs, and they have not offered any resolution, nor have they offered fans or window units. If you have a choice in who you use for your AC/Heating company, DO NOT use this company. If the General Manager is this negligible and irresponsible, I cannot imagine what the rest of their techs are like.
