We had her complete attention and that was refreshing. She remembered everything we told her! And it was alot of information. Before sending my prescriptions in, we discussed what my insurance may or may not cover and less expensive alternatives. I went to visit Dr. Kokolis (Complete Cardiovascular Care) on February 22 of 2021 and explained to him what I was feeling/experiencing for that past year or so while seeing a new inexperienced primary care physician. After completion of my appointment with Dr. Kokolis, I was immediately referred and scheduled for an MRI on 2/25 of my head which determined I had a large (Tumor) brain cancer. I was summoned to Dr. Kokolis' office Within 20 minutes of returning from the MRI then sent immediately to the ER at NYU Langone. Dr. Kokolis called ahead & informed Dr. Placantonakis I was on my way and the situation on hand. Upon arrival I was moved at light speed through the process having my first lifesaving procedure of a partial tumor resection on 3/5/21. After the healing process I received concurrent Radiation/Chemo therapy. My Brain Cancer has been stable for 3+ years now. I have not had a seizure since Dr. Jongeling my (Epilepsy specialist) changed my anti-seizure medication to Briviact, also 3+ years. Now WAIT! that's not the end. For more than a year I have been experiencing chest pains, discomfort, fatigue, and lack of energy. I felt helpless with no ambition to move on. There were 2-3 more ER visits where no findings were made. I was fighting each day to get out of bed, continue to work, but yet still put on that smiley face for everyone around me. I was unhappy, in pain and felt helpless for such a long time that I was beginning to accept this is life now. I made an appointment with Dr. Kokolis and during the visit I attempted then Quit the office stress test prematurely. Dr. Kokolis sent me for a more detailed stress test where it was determined that I had a 40% blockage to my heart. Yes 40%, so I immediately began to cut down on my horrible eating habits (junk food). I was over 215 lbs. losing 20 lbs. in a short time. I continued to have ice cream and the bad things, but not nearly as much. For the last several weeks, I was having chest pain and head pressure with dizziness where I pushed it off trying to avoid a doctors/ER visit. On 10/09/2024 with no other option I walked into Dr. Kokolis's office unannounced and was seen by the doctor. Following an EKG and vitals, I was seen by Dr. Kokolis where he asked me questions while taking notes (I could actually see the equations floating above his head as we spoke and he jotted everything down) he then decided that I was going straight to the emergency room at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan by ambulance. There's no time to prepare for anything like this or an option to wait for a Loved one to be by your side. Dr. Kokolis again called ahead and spoke to a Dr. (Dr. Dominguez) and informed him that I was on my way and would need an angiogram. The angiogram determined that I now had a severely blocked artery to my heart. "THE WIDOW MAKER"which was now at 90%. I found this scary part out after the Life Saving procedure, realizing how truly LUCKY I am to still be alive. Not only am I the LUCKIEST MAN ALIVE, I am ever so grateful & thankful to everyone on my care teams. Dr. Kokolis is not only a medical professional, he is not only a Compassionate doctor who is dedicated in his field, but a true MEDICAL GENIUS who knows how and when to act. My life has now been saved for the second time by Dr. Kokolis' quick thinking & expert experience without blinking an eye or breaking a sweat. We could never thank Dr. Kokolis enough for saving my life more than once, for doing what he loves. My opinion is that this is not work/a job but his life's work and love of his profession, the desire to make a difference and save endless lives. THANK YOU Dr. Kokolis, you truly are an Angel.

Dr. Hoch as well as several other doctors were next to work and accepted my med plan. I googled five docs and only he had reviews. Typically that is not a good thing, as people usually use these forums to bad mouth the service. However, I found amazing reviews about his thoroughness and service. I couldn't agree more! In my initial visit to him, I could immediately tell that he actually cared unlike most health professionals that have been at it for awhile. Even though I heard him paged several times, I never felt rushed and we talked about not only my medical history but my families. I wasn't coming to him with an issue, but knowing that my 30 year old physical is around the corner I felt it was time to find a doc out here. Dr. Hoch is a diamond in the rough. I am glad to have met him, and I hope not to see him very often for my health, but I know that every time I have to see him it will be a pleasurable experience. Five stars all the way.

You walk in, and they ask you to pee in a disposable plastic cup with no lid, write your name on a piece of tape, and leave it on a desk in the open air. The nurse was nice, but I have never been belittled by a doctor the way I was here. Extremely rude, passive-aggressive, condescending, and arrogant while working in this dump of a place. I've recently moved to New York and came from seeing some of the top doctors in California, but she tried to convince me those doctors didn't know what they were talking about. I proceeded to tell her my conditions and the reasons I came in (which shouldn't make me special -- literally everyone who comes to a doctor is in need of help, so the standard practice should be kindness). Instead, she made fun of my pain and gaslit my conditions. I had to walk out mid-appointment because of Dr. Krym's attitude. I let her know she was extremely rude and that I was obviously coming in because I was in pain and needed help. She kept back-talking until the door slammed on my way out. This was my first visit to Dr. Branovan and after an easy check in process at the front desk, I saw the doctor. He looked in my ear, throat, and put the camera device through my nose. We had a question and answer back and forth of my symptoms. He explained what he thinks is wrong with my ear and suggested treatment with antibiotics, two nasal sprays - followed by a CT Scan of my sinus. He then told me he knows exactly how I am feeling - as if my ear is under water when someone is speaking to me and he was spot on. (It made me feel great to hear him say that because it's a big fear when you don't know if a doctor can really understand what is bothering you). Additionally a huge thanks to Tatyana at the front desk for helping me with the CT Scan process and pharmacy information. I really don't know why anyone would give less than 5 stars. Because they waited a while? I personally didn't wait - and was seen on time but even if I had to wait - isn't that a testament of how good the doctor is that so many people want to see him? I just can't say enough good things about the experience and am excited to cure this problem which has been an annoyance to me for years. Thanks guys!
