My cousin had purchased cars from here in the past and had seemed happy. We were in the market for our son's first car and after reviewing online the inventory, we agreed to check out cars here. The selection is vast and Michael was easy to work with. Here is my summary of experience and maybe I just have high expectations when it comes to purchasing vehicles. Will we buy cars from here in the future? Perhaps. If so, I'll set my expectations a bit lower than I had for this trip. Pros: Michael's staff are super friendly. They were great to all 3 of us when there. Cute dog in the lobby Reasonable prices - on the high end compared to local listings of similar vehicles. Vast inventory Easy test drive process - was able to drive several and narrow it down. Warranty sale was a smooth process or would have gone 3rd party Sales process/closing was smooth Cons: I expected the car to be cleaned after purchasing. Instead there is gross hair all over and there was this goo on the trunk mat that my husband had to wash out with a hose. Half a tank of gas at pick up. I get margins are tight but I have car buying experience and have NEVER picked up a car with less than a full tank at delivery. Had to wait 15 minutes beyond our appointment time because Michael didn't have the paperwork ready. I'd normally be patient but I was going back and forth with him the prior Thursday on a busy day for me as he said he was getting everything ready to go to Saturday that day. Constant text and emails for a 5 star (Google) review. One thing to ask but please deliver a 5 Star Experience if you're pushing for those 5 stars.

They are not the usual money grubbers you get in this line of work but helpful charming people. If you're fair with them they'll be accommodating with you. They have a really good selection of clean classy cars and even gave me a 60 day warranty. If you're thinking about a new vehicle, it's really worth visiting them.

The Employees are always friendly and very professional from the time I step into the Service Dept to the time I leave. The waiting rooms are very comfortable, so I really don't mind hanging out for an hour. I received several texts while waiting, first explaining the updating of the progress of my service. The next text was the recommendations resulting from the inspection. Along with a video of the entire inspection process - Yes, the filters were very dirty and needed replacement. More importantly, while checking the tread depth, the technician found a very large nail embedded in the tire. Because this was an added expense, I had to authorize the repair. WOW, this is great customer service!!!! I watched the entire inspection in my very comfortable chair - very impressed -I never really knew all that was checked out. Thank you, Williams Auto, you know how to please your customer!

Furthermore, when I pointed out that the official Honda website listed a lower price for the service, she refused to honor it, dismissing the price gap as 'only a couple of dollars.' It wasn't about the amount, but the principle of honesty and helping the customer save. I didn't feel valued as a client here.

When I contacted Michael Strobel to convey my concerns over their complete absence of basic professionalism via Facebook, his response? He blocked me and ran into the cyber closet to hide. No response from anyone there on a simple transaction request and not a lick of professionalism or ethics to be found in the lot...(no pun intended... yes there is... it is a pun) Stay away from this dealership... whatever they used to do that kept me as a customer is long gone... leadership comes from the top and so does lack of leadership; as in this case.
