This year, they said I needed two new tires again in addition to a $500 brake fix. Everything would have cost approximately $1,000 so I just left. Today, I went to another repair shop where I paid $37 and passed my inspection. The other shop didn't notice any tire or brake problems. I drive about 4,000 miles a year locally. I never have any warning lights, engine check lights, or any other issues with my car. Beware if you go here and they tell you this and that needs to be replaced. Get a second opinion before you spend hundreds of dollars.

So I'm like fine give had some tip for the work and guess what it's not enough! Just for check and add the pressure he was demanding $10 didn't patch or anything just add the tire pressure I'm fine start the car and it's still showing low pressure so I ask him again if he add the pressure because is still showing low pressure and he said he did. So I told him then why is still not showing the correct pressure! You know what he told me that's not my problem it's your car! You know your car! You damn right I know my car and it's telling me low pressuring I have to demand him to add the tire pressure in front of me to the right pressure after I already paid him and told him numerous of time! Lilke you open a tire shop and you don't know tire problem so why you open the shop and what I'm a paying for ??? Anyway just want to share the experience that I have with this shop you'll be warned what coming there plenty of other tire shop near by and actually try to help you and provide a SERVICE that you paid for ! They called me around 3ish and let me know they finally got to my car and found out the issue. And they door dashed the part that was needed for the car. They did mention if they can't finish I won't be able to get the car back until Monday. Was a weekend and after that was a holiday. But to my luck they were able to finish right before they closed so that I was able to get my car back the same day instead of waiting another day since they'll be closed the next day. They were able to find the issue why my car wasn't starting.

To follow up, the brake line failed because they power braked it. They charged me $200 to replace…read moreit. I also realize now that when it failed, Dino should have admitted he broke the line because the system would have lost pressure and the pedal would have gone down to the floor. Instead he gave the car back to me with unsafe brakes. This could have lead to a dangerous situation. On another occasion, I had issue with the front end. There was a noise coming from the right front end. The mechanic gave me a cryptic message like nothing was wrong, but in the end, Dino told me I needed an end link. Not only did were the end links just 1 year earlier, they replaced the one on the left side. The noise was coming from the right. Go figure. John, the other boss, once snapped back at me because I simply asked if he would nstall my own part. He had a nasty look on his face. Not good customer relations. On another occasion, a customer was there because her CRV had a stripped oil drain plug. She always had her oil changed by them so the logical conclusion was one of their mechanics must have used a power tool on the plug which stripped the threads on the oil pan. This would be an expensive repair.
