I brought a number of projects including a pair of pants & jeans that I didn't want the legs to be so wide. The tailor suggested doing it so that you wouldn't see it. Both turned out very well and were nicely pressed as a bonus. On one top he added fabric he had so you couldn't see through the openings around the buttons, but the button placket was sticked down and I could no longer un-button it. He said he'd see what he could do but didn't think its would be possible. On another top that I wanted let out, he added fabric to the underarm which didn't have enough of a hem to let out. When I picked up an item that I had a small hole "re-weaved", I looked and still found a hole. I asked him to re-do it and he said he would do it quickly while I waited. He said it must be a 2nd hole. He came back with it in plastic. When I got home i saw that while repaired it was pulled too tightly and causing puckering. I brought it back to be fixed. When I picked it up all the work had been removed and the hole was back. I was told that the manager had emailed me and refunded me, saying that they couldn't do anything more for me. I checked for any communication and didn't find anything. Also, there was no refund of any kind from Greener Cleaner. Not happy here.

took in a white button down specifically to clean the armpit area which had mild staining from…read morenormal sweat; asked them to launder and that this is what i was looking to take care of. they looked at it, said ok, and took it no questions. went to pick up the other day and noticed the shirt was generally clean but the stains were exactly the same as before. i also noticed an extra little small black stain near the front so i walked back in to confirm if it was cleaned properly and if the stain was looked at. they proceeded to now become harder to understand and seemed confused (ostensibly due to poor english, though this wasn't an issue at all when i went in to drop off my shirt) -- and then the lady said they can never take those stains off. which, leads me to wonder, then why take the shirt when i said this is the reason i am bringing it in. and then i asked about the other stain i noticed and the guy just proceeded to like tap the shirt with a lint roller a few times which just kinda smudged the little black stain more into the shirt. ‍ at the end of the day it was only $4, but it's annoying to come into a place and be clear with a specific need to get charged for that need not being addressed at all. and i don't appreciate the low-level gaslighting with the language barrier only when something goes wrong, but perfect english when they take your shirt/money.

I was nervous about time frame and went in later that day to double check about getting my clothes on Saturday. She assured me Saturday by 10:30am. I showed up on Saturday at 10:30 and viola my clothes were ready. I appreciate the quick turnaround. Keep in mind the price on your ticket are for the clothes and tax will be added at pick up. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The pants can not be fixed and can not be worn again. When i dropped off the pants they had a small red stain on the back that was fruit (shown in photos). The woman at the counter marked the stain with her sticky note. I just went to pick up the pants and they are completely botched even the hemming on the bottom is unraveling which they shouldn't have touched. The pants are also covered in white blotches. They told me i brought them in like this but i absolutely did not. The woman's excuse was the the other woman who was working at the time of the drop off was old and does not remember and it's her word against mine. I stood there for about 10 minutes pleading for a solution and insuring them over and over again that this is not how i brought the pants in and told them the pink stain is now gone which means they did work on the pants. They claimed they didn't touch them which is impossible. After ahwile they started ignoring me and told me to leave and come back in 4 days.
