I had the vehicle shipped to me in VA (which frankly was easy due to their experience, so thanks). Andy and I spoke on the phone as well as communicated via text and email. The communication started great. I asked if it was relatively rust free, including the frame and undercarriage, etc (which it was). I also asked if everything worked properly including all the gauges and lights, and was told they all did. Here's where the wheels fall off... Once I had the vehicle in hand, we discovered the driver side headlight didn't work nor the driver side turn signal. Interior lights didn't work. Now here's the real kicker: the radio also didn't work. None of this was communicated to me. I know, I know, shame on me. Because, for the first time ever, I trusted a used car salesman, I got burned. To add insult to injury, the rearview mirror was cracked and broken. He said a new one would be sent to me. Never occurred. Another life lesson I can add to my very long list.
