Our experience with this company was frustrating from the beginning, but our interaction with their manager, Ernesto, was so extraordinarily unprofessional that it deserves its own review. Communication throughout the process had already been difficult. Because we were still having concerns with our AC system, we ultimately had another, more reputable HVAC company evaluate it. Safari subsequently requested photographs taken during that evaluation. Simple enough. Today, my husband contacted Safari to obtain an email address so that we could send them the photographs they requested. Apparently, obtaining an email address from an HVAC company requires significantly more conflict than one might reasonably expect. During the conversation, Ernesto became argumentative and then accused my husband of saying the F-word. There was just one problem with that accusation: He didn't. I was standing directly beside my husband and heard the entire conversation. When I joined the conversation and told Ernesto that I had personally heard the exchange and that my husband had not used the language he was being accused of using, Ernesto's response was not to de-escalate, clarify, apologize, or simply provide the requested email address. Instead, his demeanor became increasingly angry and unprofessional. At that point, the absurdity of the situation was almost impressive. We were customers attempting to send Safari documentation Safari had specifically asked us to send, yet somehow we found ourselves arguing with a manager over profanity that was never uttered. For a company entrusted with entering people's homes and servicing expensive, essential equipment, basic professionalism, communication skills, and the ability to handle a routine customer interaction without manufacturing unnecessary conflict should not be aspirational qualities. They should be minimum job requirements. We are new homeowners with a one-year home warranty, which means the warranty company selects the contractors dispatched to our home. We did not choose Safari. After this experience, we certainly never would. If our warranty company attempts to assign this company to another service call, we will specifically request someone else. I would rather pay a reputable HVAC company myself than deal with this level of dysfunction again. And that is perhaps the most telling review I can give a home-warranty contractor: I would rather pay out of pocket than have them return for free. There are plenty of HVAC companies competing for customers. Choose one that understands that customer service involves actually serving the customer rather than arguing with them, making false accusations, and turning the simple exchange of an email address into an ordeal. Our AC system may need repair. Safari's customer service and Ernesto needs an entirely new unit. Preferably installed by another company.

He had to get some parts and come back, and we replaced the motor on our AC. A lot of companies would probably have tried to just install a whole new unit, but Chris is always trying to fix what we have. I really trust him and his advice. He has always been more than fair price, sometimes I feel like we underpay him! He explains everything in-depth before he does it and is willing to do the most to save the unit you have. If you have some company trying to tell you that you need a new unit, have Chris come out before you invest thousands. You won't regret it!

Our Sebo Dart is the best vacuum we have ever owned. Whenever we need any products or have any questions about the machine, this is where we go. I recently stopped in to see if there were any new products, and watched Steve demo the brand new Riccar R70 Deluxe Smart Mop. I bought it on the spot, took it home, set it up, and I was amazed with how much surface dirt I was able to pick up from out laminate flooring ... and that's right after we used the swifter system to clean it. The swifter system is a toy compared to the Riccar mop. We might be the first owners of the new model in Nevada as it just came out. In fact, there are only a few videos on YouTube, and these are of other carpet store owners showing how to unbox and set up the system/ Our Riccar is now set up in its self-cleaning platform in an unobtrusive place where we can grab it in a minute and attack spills or whatever. I was so impressed, I went back the next day to add the accessory kit, which includes, among other things, a stick vacuum that mounts to the power unit. The complete device is easy to clean, has a small footprint for storage and is actually fun to use, if you get a kick out of mopping and vacuuming. I'm not at the point yet of purposefully spilling stuff on the floor just for fun, but I know when something actually does, and I know that it eventually will, the Riccar Mop will be there to quickly clean it up.

You get to speak directly with the person who's coming to fix your AC. You already know this is not some giant organization that's modeled on constantly trying to upsell you on something. Phap arrived promptly the same day and was able to diagnose my issue( indoor AC blower fan was constantly running, would never turn off). He was able to resolve the issue quickly (fan relay switch was stuck) and then, (gasp) he didn't charge me anything! This made my day, as I was prepared for the worst. He gave me tips on what to do if the issue returns: I may need to have the control board replaced ultimately if it keeps happening. But he told me I can order the specific control board online from Amazon if I need him to replace it, as that will save me a significant amount of money compared to him getting it through his supply house. Thank you Phap. You have a loyal customer forever. As an aside, I saw in other reviews people wondered why Sooner Air was previously known as Mighty Oak Air as well as Win&Nguyen Heating and Air Conditioning. I asked Phap and he told me that in our Sun City Anthem magazine his services got listed under landscaping because of the name Mighty oak. He kept getting calls for landscaping instead of heating and air, so he changed the name to Win and Nguyen. But then people couldn't pronounce the name. So now he is Sooner Air.

This building was atrocious from the ground to the ceiling and everywhere in between. As for the electric all previous wiring had to be removed and replaced. In addition to we are a 15 machine gaming establishment and all new electrical had to be ran through the bar for the video poker machines. All new track lighting, fans, exit signs etc and everything done to code and we passed our inspections with no problems. In addition to everything on the inside they handled everything on the outside of the building as well. Ran electrical for our street sign, new ac units, new swamp coolers and refrigeration. In addition to redoing all of the breakers in the blown out box to make sure we don't electrocute ourselves. ‍ they also installed incredibly bright lights to illuminate our parking lot to keep out patrons safe at night. This is a long overdue review…read more I had Michael from Air Pure come out to do a duct cleaning of my house. Michael arrived on time, was professional, courteous, friendly and detailed. He checked and serviced our air handlers, AC condensers, cleaned 20 vents including our dryer vent. I was completely satisfied and would recommend their services. About 1 month later, one of the fans and capacitors went out on one of the AC condensers. Fortunately, it was later in the evening when I noticed it so I didn't have to suffer too much. I called the service number and they told me that all remaining appointments for that evening had been booked for the day but they could come 1st part of the morning the following day. Ed called and showed up 1st thing in the morning at about 8:30 am to do a diagnostic and make the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous, friendly and efficient. He explained to me that my fan had seized. To get everything running again I needed a new condenser motor, contactor and capacitor. He carried all the parts on his van so there was no waiting for parts. A little more than 1 hour my AC was back up, running and my house was cool again. Just in time for the afternoon heat. I would recommend their services and was completely satisfied with the work of both technicians. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs.

The evening that her vents were cleaned, she ended up in the hospital for a month with severe pneumonia! When I called and spoke to the manager about warning people to stay away from their home should they have compromised lungs, she got defensive and said it had nothing to do with the cleaning! There was no apology or acknowledgment that this was their doing! They never offered the minimum of an apology! They should refund my mom for the additional $400 for the sanitizing because if they did use sanitizer, she would not have to spend a month in the hospital and have a ton of hospital bills! So unbelievable!
