Seems like you would have a variety of really cool jams and jellies. They have some interesting biscuit concepts, but when you spend $100 for 6 people to eat biscuits and 5 of them are in high school, you really need to deliver on your concept. It is a great concept and I am sure the location will execute. I would note that since the closing of Ed's Seafood Shed on the hill in Spanish Fort, this is the only other good option for breakfast besides Chick-Fil-A and Waffle House.
