Games range from laser, floor tile, basketball, and more. When it is very busy you can put your name on the queue until the current group finishes. Some of the games were very short when it got really busy, basically like 30 seconds so not really a game at all before we had to exit the room. The rooms also don't have an easy way to tell if it's occupied so you have to peak into a dark room to see if there are shadows of people inside. I would've preferred a light that signifies that it's occupied so it's easier to tell. The games also start immediately after you enter the room and the game instructions aren't always clear. It's similar to recently-opened Hijinx Hotel in Irvine in that each of the rooms has a different objective and you work with your team to achieve it. I think I prefer Hijinx Hotel more because their games are funner and the experience is better, but this is still a fun and family-friendly event.

When I expressed how upset I was and explained that this ruined my daughter's birthday plans, his response was, "Well actually, we didn't ruin it," which I found very unprofessional given the circumstances. I was so upset that I ended the call. I understand weather-related policies, but the lack of consistency, last-minute cancellation, and dismissive response made this a very disappointing experience, especially for a milestone event like a Sweet 16.
