Go Red! Go Green! Go Christmas! It doesn't matter. Her tamales are the best trad version I've found anywhere up to this point & are the bar to beat in my world. Her sauces are the crown jewel -- both red & green bein' plenty flavorful and bringin' plenty of heat. The couple little plastic cups they provide for each tamal are enough and then some. This two to three bite cookie is the perfect appetizer and dessert for your meal from B's. Enchiladas, tamales, and posole are also great here, the only item we haven't tried yet is the frito pie because the fry bread tacos are so good we always get them! What was not surprising was that the food quality is superb, excellent, wonderfully tasty. My pasta was perfectly cooked, and the white sauce was perfect. My husband said it was the best pizza he'd ever had. We've also had the Supreme Pizza and the Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti in red sauce, and we were not disappointed. The flavors and the quality of the ingredients really shine through.
