Leaving off an entire entree and bringing us something else we didn't even order. So after waiting for 45 minutes for food, our friends couldn't eat because their food still hadn't been delivered. Manager comes over apologized, rushed the food orders. They finally come, okay cool. We ask to split the check, it's wrong. He goes back to fix the check, it's still wrong. My friend says it's fine I'll just pay for this and I said yeah I'll Venmo you. The manager comes back out with our card, and said we "accidentally " got charged 72$ instead of 40 whatever.... He says we will see the two charges the 72 and 40 and the 72 will be refunded. No discount no nothing after completely screwing up our order. Many others have complained about service previously but this is the first time ours was abysmal.

Both were flavorful, and the homemade chips were an unexpected treat. The iced tea was ready right away and was a refreshing complement to the meal. My sandwich arrived about 24 minutes after ordering, which may have been due to the lunch rush. Including tip, lunch came to about $30. While the price point felt a little high for the overall experience, the quality and flavor of the food helped balance that out.
