The girl was so busy focusing on to go orders she couldn't even say hello. After 3 1/2 to 4 minutes I finally said hello and she came over and said what can I get you? I gave her my order, and then I paid with cash. She was wearing gloves and took my money and gave me my change. She walked back to fill some more cookie orders. I asked if she could change her gloves because she just touched money. She was aggravated and irritated. She threw her gloves off into the garbage and grabbed two new gloves and went behind the corner. I don't know what she did behind the corner, but the other employee was watching her the whole time in curiosity, and then looking up at me. Which is interesting because she did not hear the conversation going on. In hindsight, I should have just asked for my money back. The woman came out, got the cookies put them in the box and gave them to me. I thanked her for changing her gloves and told her I was immune compromised and I thought it was not appropriate to touch the money and then the food. Apparently this is an upsetting thing for her to conceptualize because she once again was irritated and disgusted as you could see in her face. I then asked for my receipt. After pounding on the keypad with great force, she gave me my receipt. I thanked her again. And left. No, I did not give her a tip when I paid for my cookies. I didn't give her a tip for two reasons. First she never acknowledged me and I waited for up to four minutes and then had to acknowledge her before she even came over to assist me. More importantly, I don't think it's important to tip a person at a cookie shop to give me a cookie I paid five dollars for. That is their job. Am I supposed to pay five dollars for her to ring the cookie up, and then tip her for giving it to me? This has got out of hand.Crumbl cookies should not be asking for gratuity at the register. If you want have a tip jar that is something different. I just went out to dinner and the waitress worked her back end off to serve me and all the other tables. I should not tip you for handing me a pink box. Perhaps this location needs to rename themselves to crummy cookies! For record and management to know I went in on January 30, 2026 at 6:05 PM.

As you walk further in the shop the transitions to a dedicated spot to all things tea with variety of teas, teacups, tea containers, teapots along with everything needed for a tea experience. They also sell locally made chocolates. Tucked in toward the back of the store is the cozy tea restaurant. They offer high tea service, though reservations are required, and that will be for a future visit. I ordered a chai tea latte with half and half and it was absolutely delish, satisfying my craving for something cinnamony and spicy. For my meal I had a bowl of the green chile stew which was decent, but the highlight for me was their flaky buttery croissant.

Throughout the course, you are served 3 different teas alongside scones, a small salad, and 3 tiers of finger foods. This season's menu includes blueberry scones/muffins, beef wellington, spanakopita, quiche, cucumber sandwiches with homemade cream cheese, egg salad sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, cheesecake, beignet, cream puff, and chocolate. They tasted like something you'd be served at your grandma's house (in a good way). The teas that they served went well with the courses. They started with a strong black tea, then a beautiful butterflypea tea, and ended with a blooming green tea (the tea leaves bloomed into a flower in the glass teapot). Service: 5 Our server was excellent. She was very pleasant and did a good job of checking in on us without being annoying. The website mentions a 90 minute limit, but the waitress never rushed us. Ambiance: 4.5 The restaurant is within a tea and chocolate shop. The front is filled with antique knickknacks that are part of an estate sale and add to the grandma core vibes of the restaurant.

Los Ranchos Bakery - The inside is very comfortable and functional. And it's always fun to see which pastries they have near the cash register.

Friendly service and faces always warm up a cold morning, and we definitely got that at Los Ranchos Bakery. The menu is simple and the baked goods look great! We ordered the breakfast sandwich with bacon and green chile cheddar bagel, a lavender latte, and a red chile mocha. A cherry tart and a cinnamon roll to go. The drinks were, unfortunately, missing a few ounces and flavor. The sandwiches were smaller than I expected. The bagel had a hint of heat and chile. It was perfectly toasted and held the egg and bacon quite well. The bacon was crispy and the egg was well done. It was filling in the end. The baked goods will have to wait until tonight but I've had their scones before and they were excellent! I'm betting on excellence on the tart and cinnamon roll. Overall, this is a nice local coffee shop that can be a great alternative to a chain coffee shop. The space is nice for some work or chatting with friends and family. Don't bet on the coffee, but definitely go for the baked goods!
