Then were given June 8th as delivery date. No phone call night before, no contact june 8th as of 1pm. At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Oven finally did arrive, the gentlemen that delivered and installed were professional and friendly. Installation was done in about 15 minutes.

When I called to file a claim they gave me three options and this was one of my options and I literally chose them because the owner seemed knowledgeable and nice when I visited with him on the phone before coming in. We set up a drop off for me (they come to you if you prefer, I just preferred to drop mine off. When I arrived, the owner Ray was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. I felt confident in his ability to determine what is wrong with my television. Ray helped me unload the unit out of my truck and get it into his store and then he made out a tag for it and gave me the matching tag and I was on my way. He told me I should hear from him as early as Monday as to what is wrong with it and what he estimates, recommends or even IF he recommends we fix it...we will see!

We had lightning hit our property which took out a bunch of electronics including our Yamaha RX-V 683 receiver. Web search indicated these guys as a service center and the reviews were positive. So I loaded up and headed that way as I had another errand in the same neighborhood. Lugged the unit in, set it on the counter where the man (owner) said "What you got there?". "My dead Yamaha AV receiver.". "We don't work on audio anymore.". Hmm. Geez. Most of their reviews are for audio stuff. He said they really only work on TVs now. Posted as a PSA. Call before you haul. And they need to get their listing on Yamaha's Service Centers page removed.

If it can't be repaired, or it's simply not worth it, they will let you know. I had Josh (I think that was his name) replace the lcd array on my 72 inch Sony TV. It cost me $500. Replacement of that TV would have been over $2000. As an added bonus, he reinstalled my sound bar and subwoofer in the way that it should have been installed from the beginning and the sound is 100 times better. I cannot recommend this business in any stronger terms. Check with them before you throw away a TV that can be saved.
