Doors said they open at 10 AM and their website says the same thing. It was 9:30 when I got there so I decided to wait. I waited til 11:15 before I decided to try to get home! Again, I am completely lost in this new area, and I had to drive around for an hour before I finally realized where I was and made it home. If they would have been open at their normal time this wouldn't have been an issue! Very disappointed this all happened and wasted almost 2 hours of my time not to get help.

The tech changed the price quoted to me and then broke her phone. When I told him I wanted a refund (I didn't even mention the obvious ethics that he should replace her phone which he broke), he started yelling and cussing. He got so out of control that he hit me and tried to take my phone from me a couple of times. I had to take shelter and call the police.

When my phone came in, I brought it to the store to have them help me get it set up. I was not able to do it myself because I went from a e-sim card to a SIM card platform. I also watched how compassionately they treated a woman who came in thinking she was at a different brand of phone service store. They patiently explained they were not them, but then drew her a map to get to her carrier. She was so embarrassed, but they eased her feelings and just said if she had not come in they would have never had the pleasure of meeting her. They were such friendly and helpful people I will come here for my T-Mobile needs going forward!

IFix? More like IBreak!…read more Went to get my battery fixed here and fast forward a month later and phone won't stay on for more than 30 seconds at a time. I took it to CPR phone repair in little elm and they pulled my phone apart and showed me how damaged my battery was and how it was just rattling around in the back of my phone. They never even peeled the adhesive off to keep the battery in place! Said my battery was not fixable and would be better off just getting a new one. That's exactly what I had to do and just can't help but feel like I got completely ripped off by this place. I'm just glad I didn't bring it back to them because they probably would have done the same thing to me and sent me home with a broken phone. Long story short just save the time and energy and go to CPR phone repair. They will save your money and technology in the long run
