Legacy is a three story indoor food plaza that also overlooks and is connected to the outdoor venue that you can get tickets for. With outdoor seating available. First floor is your eateries. Second floor is mostly seating and a couple bars. Third floor mostly bars and some seating. While waiting for my party to arrive I sat at the second floor bar, Heaven Hill, and ordered a couple cocktails. The bar tender, a pleasantly upbeat woman, educated me on the various food options as well as some of their favored cocktails. I had a raspberry beret (shoutout Prince) and a Larceny Paloma. The name was just calling me. While the beret was fruity and refreshing, the Paloma had a bite and kick that snuck up on you. I loved it!! As it's a mall of food there was no trying just one lol. We tried the dry rub brisket bar, chef chin's hibachi ramen, chilango's tacos, cotton and snow, and unlawful assembly brewing co. To finish the evening. Brisket with Mac and cheese; burria tacos; tonkotsu ramen; cookies and cream ice cream; and lastly a Moscow Mule to end the evening. The Mac and cheese from the brisket bar was terrible. Runny, and bland. But the brisket was amazing. Seasoned and tender and so moist!!! Tacos were exceptional. Ramen was awesome. Ice cream was ice cream. It wasn't bad, but not eye popping amazing. The mule was delicious. I ended the night stuffed and sleepy!! Great visit!! If you're in the Plano area this is a must!! And there are tons more eateries.

Across a couple of visits, my husband and I shared: - Street by Chef Jimmy Li: Beef Roll Pancake - Son of a Butcher: New Mexico Frito Pie Slider, PB&J Slider, Smokehouse Slider, Popper Slider, Champ Slider (was supposed to be Cowboy) - Roots Chicken Shak: Spicy Bird - Chilangos Tacos: Hongos Quesadilla - Dry Rub: Breakfast Burrito with Brisket I loved everything we had. My favorite places were probably Street and Son of a Butcher. You really can't go wrong though because there are a lot of great options. I was disappointed the second time we got sliders. They gave us one of the wrong sliders and the one that we got that we didn't want was pretty boring. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it until after we ate it, so double check to make sure you get the right thing. If I'm back in the area for work, I'm sure I'll be back here again.

In this case it's the Town Hall building for the once tiny town of Prosper. Not long ago this was literally a tiny north Texas Town, exactly like the 1000s dotting the flat prairie of this part of the state. As development moves north at an ever more rapid pace, these tiny communities are being transformed overnight. It is critical with this type growth that responsible citizens are in from the start with rock solid civic planning. Once the infrastructure is planned and built out,it's impossible to retreat and redo. Setting the foundation for what's to come is a make it or break it proposition. On this day,I had taken my High School Junior Grandson to breakfast. Afterward I proposed we get on the Dallas north toll road and see where it ends. It still ends in roughly Prosper where staging is taking place to begin the extension even further north. Unprecedented growth continues to take place. I turned up towards the little town and as we passed the Town Hall building,I proposed we go in and take a look. Little did my grandson know that I'd disguised a civics lesson for him in the form of a city government visit. Ha,he thought he was missing school! Happy Birthday! As we entered the building I was truly amazed at the quality of construction. Well planned and thought out with top quality materials from floor to ceiling. Display cases reviews the history of small town Prosper in a museum quality way. We were greeted by a lovely representative of the city that was very helpful in our understanding of the area. If you're out and about seeing what's happening in our ever changing world,I highly recommend you stop in and appreciate this lovely structure and budding city government.

This bar advertises itself as a Chicago Bears bar. I was in town last weekend visiting family and…read moredecided to go to this bar to watch the Packers game with a group of six. We walked into the bar 90 minutes before kickoff and found a table in the middle of the bar that could accommodate our party and had good viewing of the screens. As we went to sit down, a man approached us and told us that the table we were sitting at was for some "regulars" and asked us to move. The table had no sign on it that it was reserved and this man did not identify himself as an owner or manager of the establishment. Choosing to take the high road, I moved our group to another table that could accommodate our party that was off to the side. Sure enough, the "regulars" came rolling in shortly before kickoff to their "unreserved" reserved table. This is just bad business. And discourages people who are not "regulars" from coming to the bar. I regularly attend a Chicago Bears bar in Los Angeles where I live and have never had such issues. There are no unspoken "reserved" tables for "regulars." It's completely first come, first serve as it should be. If you want your "regulars" to have their table waiting for them when they arrive, just stick a reserved sign on it. Or tell them to get there early. Not difficult. We also waited forever for our drinks while the "regulars" at their "unreserved" reserved table were kept fully stocked. The service and the food was mid anyway and not worth the price. Trust me, I picked up what you were laying down. We aren't regulars, so it's whatever. I won't be back.
