Bartender, male fellow, smelled inside a cup to tell if it was used/dirty or a clean cup. Once pressed about this, that same bartender got irratitated and almost physical. Using profanity and body language he escorted me out of "his bar" I would not trust eating any food here nor drinks. Be careful. I went here one Saturday night to meet up with some friends. I don't play pool but was going to snack on some food and drink. We were sitting at a table and I was the last one to arrive. I was told someone was serving us but no one ever came by for a while so I went up to the bar to order a drink. After that the lady behind the bar came and checked on us every now and then. I ordered the Philly Rolls $11.00 appetizer and this was good even though it was different than what I was thinking it would be. I was expecting like Philly egg rolls but they were mini Philly rolls as it says. I got to try their Tailgater's Pizza Logs $10.00 which tasted like a better and bigger version of Totino's pizza rolls. Again not bad, I liked them better with the Philly rolls sauce versus the marinara it came with. Might be pretty good with ranch too. I did not order wings but did get to try a few different flavors and was pleasantly surprised by their quality, size and taste. The Buffalo Hot was good flavor wise but not actually spicy. The Hickory was a good flavor as well and the Garlic Parmesan had a thick coating almost like a gravy and was also good. The food itself was okay to surprisingly good. The service is where this place loses its star score for me. I don't care if you have to write stuff down when people order to make sure it is right but there was barely anyone in the place and refills on drinks were sparse. I also get that employees need to eat but the lady and one of the other employees were sitting at the bar eating and drinking while watching something on their phone for over an hour. Huge establishment! Not gonna lie, I go because they are a Bills backer bar. Even if you are from the Buffalo area and not interested to go for a game day (gasp) they actually have a small menu for game day that has some local favorites!! The pizza logs are amazing, the beef on weck is a win, meh I'd skip the chicken finger sub unless you are just wanting one and not particular on how "authentic" it is then grab it! I think the pizza has a light drizzle of buffalo sauce on it, don't quote me but I liked it! The bartenders are all just so friendly and personable too! Really is a shame, beautiful place, beautiful pool tables, overshadowed by the most horrendous attitudes I've ever had to deal with, and I've been to a LOT of pool halls lol. What is even more frightening is that, based on the reviews, the rudeness actually came from one of the MANAGERS. She actually gets on here and barades people which is INSANE. I worked here for a few months, I started at snookered when I first moved to the area. The owners and managers at the time were great, everything was fine. Then the new owners bought the place, the staff was being treated territhey were asking bartenders/servers to do managers tasks (while we were being paid next to nothing) and lowering employee discount on shift food. Not to mention the new owners running off regulars. Needless to say, I was happy to get out when I did. And all that I know is that there are better places to spend your money and time. read more

Unfortunately horrendously unpleasant customer service. Been here twice, a good amount of time apart to see if it was just a first time thing or if it was the staff. Definitely the staff. Bar staff gentleman was walking around us at the tables, taking drink and food orders from other customers. So I asked him if my friend and I could order a drink from him and his snide, abrasive, irritable comment back was along the lines of "You could, but I can't tell you when you'll get them." Mind you we had also been served by another bar staff member moments before, tables were taken and I waited to see how the staff served the other people around me and which seemed timely. Not enough to make that comment. Maybe that's the treatment some "regulars" to the establishment receive , which I can understand. But, wouldn't you want to treat new customers with equal service? To then have them come back again, refer others to go and visit and in turn have them and others become "regulars"? Unless I'm misunderstanding the ways to have returning guests in a restaurant/bar/pool hall/ service industry business? If this is the standard there, as you can read from other comments that reflect the way they treat paying patrons there. Then it was my last time to go. I will tell my friends to actively avoid this kind of treatment when in the area and not go there. Pool tables are nice, which is the only reason I gave it another chance, but it was for sure my last. I created this Yelp account purely for the purpose of writing this review if that lets you know how upset we were. I'm 26 and my girlfriend is 23. Our entire group was kicked out AFTER they already served me alcohol, because they thought her valid government ID was fake. To make matters worse, after kicking us out they take 20 minutes to give me my bill while my group waited in the car. I asked for a pen to sign and the bartender responded "is this pen fucking good enough for you asshole" This business will end up shutting down... and I'll be smiling when it happens. read more

We were there last night. The gentleman who started serving us was great. He went out to take a little break and there was a lady bartender who was "taking care" of us. Btw, I'm a bartender as well & know how important communication is with my guests. She has no smile, never asked if we were doing ok, and I had to flag her down just to politely ask for drinks. Her demeanor was very uninviting. The food was eh. Asked for my sauces that were missing for my wings and she acted like I was bothering her. This establishment needs to get rid of these bartenders who THINK they're pretty and can be mean to customers and get people who actually wanna work. My wife and I used to love this place. When Craig and Joanne were owners, they put so much care into how this place was run. Since the new ownership, it's really gone downhill. I cannot believe that they upped the charge from $10 per hour to $20 per hour to play pool. Like they are not making enough money on the bar. Absolutely horrible move. You can tell this was purchased by Tailgaters. It's similar to their other bar locations that they are poorly run. Everything feels like it's on the cheap now. Except for their prices that is. When we were there, two of the three urinals were down. That's never happened before. It is highly unlikely we will return. I encourage the new ownership to rethink their business plan. Extremely surprised at this find. Originally just came here expecting some average bar food with some pool only to be surprised at the friendliness of most of the patrons and bartenders. Their burger is one of my favorite in the DFW area because it has a great garlic aioli flavor to it. 8.5/10 burger. They have great fries and, my personal favorite side, their bacon and green onion risotto. Obviously it's not going to be a 3 Michelin star risotto, but it's damn tasty! 8.5/10 for that one as well. Very good cocktails as well. And lastly, the atmosphere of the place is extremely pleasant. Based on the amount of shit talking your staff made on the night of July 28th, I assume the manager or owners name is Brian. The two ladies you had working this evening had a full crowd but had no motivation or intent to take care of the 100+ customers in the establishment. I sat at the bar with 4 other customers for 20 minutes merely waiting for the staff to ask us one of us for our drink orders. Meanwhile we had the pleasure of listening to the complain about how only the two of them were on the schedule and how they felt abandoned by their mgmt to fend for themselves. Yet 1 of them only spent the time slowly pulling glasses out and filling orders or talking to their friends outside of the bar. Had they put any effort into actually servicing the customers, they could have earned some sympathy from the customers and perhaps earned a tip. Instead the customers ended up hearing grips, bitches and complaints about how they didn't have enough glasses to even ask the customers what drinks they wanted resulting in the customers walking around to the 20+ tables that had 35+ empty glasses sitting on them to be collected not by the staff but by the customers who had been waiting for over half an hour at that point to be asked what drink they wanted now that the staff had the glasses. Meanwhile the glasses were sitting on the bar and not cleaned but at least we finally got our orders for a drink 40 minutes into our wait. Brian, if I was the manager or owner of thus establishment, which I think is a great place from several years ago when you actually opened and service was good, I would find a manager and better staff for this location so you can actually make money instead of watching it walk out the door due to poor bartenders and waiting staff. Cook by the way got the food out quickly. Only piece of service this evening that was on point. Bartenders couldn't take the orders correctly for the cook but at least the food came out on time. Separate issue, I think the food quality could be enhanced not that it is terrible, but could be better. The staff's husband had to step behind the bar to help because the two ladies couldn't handle their work at all. Highly encourage you to reevaluate the two of them "holding down the place" alone ever again. I watched dozens of customers walk out that could have provided thousands of dollars worth of revenue to you but due to your 2 staff members you lost that revenue and I heard several of them say they wouldn't be returning. read more

I put out a SOS on a local Facebook page for custom to-go cocktails and snacks for virtual happy hour for a group of executives. The cocktail delivery I had ordered was massively delayed so I needed a quick solution. Enter Snookered. I was contacted via DM and within 24 hours, they had a menu, plan and invoice worked up for me. I had 13 custom cocktails and 13 charcuterie boxes. Each of these cocktails was completely sealed (like, break the seal to drink, sealed), they were clearly labeled with instructions and had some delicious garnishes packaged for each drink as well. The charcuterie had a few cheeses, meats and other goodies and were well packaged. As if all of the above wasn't enough for a GLOWING 5 star review - they even provided gift bags AND holiday tissue paper and bows for me to individually package and deliver. Again - this all happened with a 24 hr notice. Their customer service was incredibly refreshing and they truly made me feel like I was their only customer during this time. They packaged everything up in a really nice and space efficient way and even helped me carry it all to my car. They were just amazing and they literally saved my happy hour! read more

Do not bother! Place is horrible. Lighting is weird, way to bright for a pool hall and the owner -who is a bartener too (lmao) is by far the biggest bitch I have ever spoke to. There was a problem with her system that way over charged my card and instead of her addressing the issue like an adult - she called me a lying piece of shit. I even showed her TWO different types of proof that her system took $515 out of my account and she proceeded to ignore me but worst of all she slandered me all over Facebook. If you want to support that behavior by all means do it but I wouldn't recommend it. This place BY FARRR has the worst owner I have ever dealt with - I believe her name was Jana.
