He said it wasn't necessary and explained why. Loved the work ethic, honesty, communication, and professionalism. I did not know what to expect myself, I took my old yellow McCullough chain saw there for repairs. This saw did not run at all. Had no chain and the plug wire was a starter cable wire. I had this saw for many years and I just could not give it up. They took my saw in not really wanting to work on it. They said they would call when it was ready. I paid the $30 up front service charge..no issue. They called me a few months later. They said it was ready to pick up. I arrived to take it home. They tried to start the saw but it would no start.. Yes; I was frustrated but it was an old saw so I understand. They took it back in and they were frustrated too.They said they will call me later for pick up. No problem.. They called me the next week. I arrived again and they had it ready. Man..! It looked like a new saw. Really! The tech came out and started it to show me how it ran. I was amassed. He took time and showed me how to start the saw the proper way he does. Showed me the repairs they made and the parts replaced on the saw. It even had new plug wires ,filters and all nice clean parts and a new very sharp chain. WOW! I paid my bill that was not bad at all. I took my saw home. I let it set for a few hours to see if it would start...It started the first pull..! I turned it off and let it set till the afternoon. I pull the cord and it started the first pull again. I let it idle and run for about 10 minutes. No issues.. I took it out in the yard and cut some fire wood with it..No issues..it purred and cut through the large wood like a hot knife. I started it again last night after it sat for a few days. Again; it started the first pull,Actually a half of a pull it started right up. WOW! I am very pleased with Garland-Saw and Lawnmower. I received phone call two weeks later that my mower is finished and ready for pickup. I get there the next day to pick up and settle my invoice. I get to the counter and they wanted payment, I asked that they bring my mower out for me to check out first!
