When I shop for a vehicle, it's not just the vehicle I look at. Every one is smiles when they think/want you to buy. But a dealership is much more to me than that. The service department and the parts department are equally as important. I bought a nice truck from Fritz, and the salesman Danny D. Was amazing! Three days ago I got a flat and had it changed. I brought the tire to Fritz's service department. The look less then enthused to even come and see what you want. You have to get out of your vehicle knock on their window. They're all talking to one another and finally to get somebody that will come out and see what you need. Explain to the service advisor about the tire that was in the bed of the truck and then I need it fixed and put back on the truck and if they would be so kind to put all the stuff back behind the backseat, including the jack and all the equipment we used to get the tire changed to begin with. 2 1/2 hours later after much probe to find out where is my truck at what's taking so long I get charged $20 and I get on the truck and see that they didn't put it in well. The guy that help me had gone to lunch. The guy that fixed the truck had gone to lunch and there was nobody else to help me put the jack in, if you're buying a car like I do how the service department is, I would think about looking elsewhere other than Fritz Ford. I'm very disappointed to say the least and now I can't get the other things done that I need to do because I had to sit there and wait for them to fix a simple tire. read more

WORST experience ever ! I ordered the 21 F150 back to May and was delivered just yesterday. I thought I finally can have my truck, however, they asked me to pay MSRP and lie to me I was accept before order. The manager even threat me that everyone would love to buy MSRP or even mark up. Is this the way you talk to the customer who willing to wait for 4 months to get the car? We have prepared to pay higher price than usual because of the chip shortage. If you want to go there to get an oil change, don't! They take forever. I showed up at 8 this morning since on Saturdays it's a first come first serve. I was fifth in line. I told them I'd be waiting and I was told it'd take about 1 1/2 hours. It's been 2 hours and they told me another 40 minutes to finish. If I went to another place it's less than 30 minutes. They get down to business. At Fritts, they don't. They waste your time. So, don't go there unless you like wasting your time in their lounge. It's not worth it. read more

Bought for explorer and paid extra for the Xbond and used it when we got small paint chips and scratches on black paint and they did not honor it. Although third party service I wouldn't recommend it since doesn't cover road hazard issues. Just environmental. Explorer is good except recall on warpped luggage racks and the dealerships never have them in stock or care to call or help us get them replaced as it's been over a year now. Best customer service! Highly highly recommended coming here for your next car! As soon as we arrived we were greeted (which was great because we saw a listing online we wanted ) by a very friendly Austin, who helped us graciously locate, test drive and inspect the car we had in mind! And through out our car buying experience! Took his time never rushed up or made us feel like our money wasn't going to get us a car that day. Considering we are "younger". So we appriciate that a lot! We also encountered Nick K. off referral to help us with our contract, who also was amazing at what he does! He helped make the process painless! I'll never buy a Ford again!! And if you're reading this, you shouldn't either. The sales process should always be great, they're trying to get your money... duh! We bought a brand new 2016 Ford Explorer Ecosport and we've have nothing but issues with it. First, their service department takes DAYS to just LOOK at it. They don't offer loaner vehicles even when you're still under warranty and the repair isn't a normal service. Now, we are about 12k miles over our warranty (how convenient!) and they're telling us we need a new transmission ($5,800 in case you're wondering). On a 3 year old car, under 90k miles... I still haven't paid off the damn thing! I vow to never purchase a Ford car again, this was my first and will be my last. I'll quickly go back to a Honda or Toyota where I know I can easily get to 300k with nothing but regular service and tires. Found On Road Dead is pretty accurate for my experience. read more

I've got an idea, if I show up 2 days in a row, and by 730AM you already have a 2-3 hour wait time for an oil change, YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE TECHS. I've got another idea, how about on that second visit you make some accommodations, how many of those "others" in front of me are waiting? Puzzles me when I only see two people in the waiting room at 730am but ALLLLLLL these cars are in front of me, hmmm? It's particularly discouraging when you tell these folks that you work nights and you do everything you can to get it there in a timely fashion. I have a finite window of opportunity because I have kids I have to get from school before I go out to work. It shouldn't ever be a 3 hour wait for an oil change. This really shouldn't come as a surprise to me as this isn't the first time I've been disappointed by the level of service I've received at the quick lane and Fritts large service dept... I was sold "Extra" load tires for my work vehicle and they put "Standard" load tires on. I found out when one of them blew out. Oh, and I drive people around in a ride-share capacity... I brought my car in for a front end noise it was making, it took them 3 days to tell me there wasn't anything wrong with it and the notes said the tech just reset the onboard computer. I drove it off the lot and the noise was still there. I blew them up in the comments portion of my survey and to my surprise someone called. I brought it back in and I took the service manager for a ride and before I could hit the second roundabout he had it diagnosed as a bearing issue in the front end, 30 seconds is all that took... when I was having trouble with the AC last year I told them that I needed my Freon topped off. I had a service rep tell me that they don't top off Freon because the units are sealed and the only reason you'd need more Freon is because their was something wrong with your unit. 2 days later they gave me the car back and said there wasn't anything wrong, but they CHARGED me to, get this, top off the AC!!! It cooled for that one ride home, and then died. After I brought it back, THIS time they replaced the whole thing... but you said nothing was wrong and charged me for it? I got a free oil change out of that one... Mark knows me by name and face, I called him David Puddy once in a online survey and I got an immediate call back. Well Mark, I tried to give you guys a second chance, and a third, and a 4th. We're done here... read more

I just bought a CPO Explorer. The SUV was great. Sales staff was nice and easy easy to work with. The pricing and negotiation was fair. We both moved and found a happy price. The reception ladies where very nice and very helpful. Having great supporting staff really helps. Now finance, wow all I can say these people are GREAT. No hard push on stuff that was not needed. They explained everything slowly and clearly and wrote down everything. This was one of the best parts of my time. I will buy again for sure. This place is clean and folks are friendly. We have brought our vehicles to be serviced by them on multiple occasions. Every time we go, they make it seem like an inconvenience to be there. The quick lane front staff is very rude, and never seem to know what is going on. They seem to have our cars for a longer period of time than necessary, and always seem to find a "new problem" every time our vehicles are there. It all seems very fishy. Gooood morning to all your service customers. I bought myself a NEW car and was up for the first car inspection after 3000miles. First; making an appointment with the service department is tough. They redirected me 3 times before the finally hang up (?) on me. Second time I told them that I am not willing to play the game again. So, the dialed me through to the service department only for the lady to tell me that the best chance of coming in and not waiting too long is early morning 7am. Well, thanks, not thanks. I came in this Friday morning 7 am only to find a huge waiting line of 15 cars in front of me! It took me 25 minutes only to speak with the service guy. So, I told him that I haven't any coffee because it was so early in the morning. He said I should just get up the the reception and ask for a coupon in order to get a free coffee out of the vending machine. Guess what? The receptionist didn't showed up before 8am (which is probably her starting time). So, I ended up buying my own coffee and got a estimate waiting time of 2 hours. Wow! As a customer I do not feel appreciated. Before I owned a Ford I was driving a JEEP. Guess what? Coffee and fresh baked cookies were always available in the customer launch. Very very disappointing. They do not even look at the car unless you leave it at least three days or more. They do not supply you with a rental, and after every visit teh car is worse off. I will never buy a ford again. I did not have a good experience at Fritts Ford. I was told over the phone I needed to come in for a great deal, that I would be taken care of, and be very happy. Unfortunately, none of that happened. I visited early in the morning to avoid the 91 traffic, but no deals to be had with Fritts! Huge markup on the Raptor I was interested in, which had I known would have saved me the hassle of coming to the dealer and wasting my entire morning. Their lot had many Broncos which were also marked up so I don't feel like it was just a Raptor issue. Its unfortunate the OEMs won't produce more vehicles so the MSRP dealers that want to take care of customers would actually have inventory. Most of us are just forced to deal with outrageous pricing and greedy dealers. Hopefully, if you are looking to purchase a Ford you can find somewhere better to go that actually has fair pricing. read more

Poor customer service. Lack of communication. Had my car for 7 days (nov 27th to dec 3rd) to do a recall, replace defective back up camera, and some other issues. Some issues weren't even fixed (my drivers side window sounded like it was shaking) they couldn't figure out why... (They gave me a rental 5 days later after I had a meltdown over the phone with them, I'm a mother of 4 kids, I needed a car) then yesterday Jan 31st 2021 while I was driving, my side keypad panel popped off and broke and the shaking stopped. I called corporate today Feb 1st, 2021 and made a formal complaint (corporate offered to help cover cost if my warranty doesn't cover the panel) so thank you for that Corporate Ford. Anyway, So if you're looking for good service, don't come here. They told me to call my warranty co and see if the part is covered. I shouldn't have to call my extended warranty company to find out what's covered and what's not. I don't know the part numbers etc,. I feel like I have to do some of the service managers job. read more

So I went to check out used car at Fritts Ford last night, well should I say went to Fritts to waste my time!!! So we liked 2018 Ford edge, since it's a 2018 model it has temp plate on it. On car guru it showed this vehicle is $36,000, however at the dealership they are asking close to $50,000. So I asked try to give us the best deal. Salesman went to the managers office and came out with a great deal of (car guru's cost). What threw me off that it clearly states on the sticker that the vehicle has 86 miles, but when the salesman brought the negotiation paper out, it says 252 miles. That's when I knew it, it's not going to work out since they're clearly lying and I even showed them car gurus sticker price. So we wanted to check out another vehicle, and it has sticker price of $23,000, and I showed him listing from AVIS car sales. AVIS is offering same Edge with lower mileage for $20,000 l. Salesman said even if we were to lower the price, it still going to be $26,000 with tax and fees. That's when I did the math and told him even if you were to lower the price on this vehicle to $20,000, out the door I shouldn't be paying more than $23,000. Salesman couldn't really defend my fact and decided to bump up the price to $26,000 out the door, and I give up and walked away with nothing. In my theory I always thought dealership price match, because in the past every vehicle I bought from dealerships, they've always price matched, better yet they've beat those prices. In conclusion, I'm not going back to Fritts. Update******* Internet Sales Manager FRANK CASTELLON, was a great help. He called us back and took care of the us. He matched the vehicle prices, give us a great deal on extended warranty, matter of fact he showed us few other vehicles that was potentially in our price range. read more

I had an appointment today at 7 woke up at 6:30 to get ready got there at 7:02 AM on my day off for a recall part for my car. Drop it off gets a call back at 12 saying my part isn't there anymore. I went to go pick up my car they couldn't find it for 30 min. Turns out they didn't park my car in the correct spot.. Terry said she was gonna call me back at 4 never received a CALL BACK!!!! I felt Danny was respectful of my budget and extrapolated vehicle options from our conversation that surpassed my expectations. He was great. My only negative experience occurred when I met with finance. Once I repeatedly declined the additional warranty and Gap insurance I was pushed out quickly. So first he showed me some cars. I sat in a couple and decided I'd like to see the EcoMax and the Escape. I drove both and really liked the feel of the Escape most. We had been all around town looking for an SUV type vehicle. We drove past Fritts Ford, and the Broncos caught our eye. So we pulled into the parking lot, and that's when we met Jordan. He approached us and asked if we needed any help? We responded with... we're just looking can you give us a few moments to look around. We were thankful he give us our space, and a chance to look at what the dealership had to offer without being overwhelmed by a salesman. We super appreciated that! We thanked Jordan for his time. Left the dealership to discuss what would fit our budget and our needs as a family. Later that day... we returned to the dealership. Jordan was there to greet us again. We can't say enough good things about Jordan! He was super attentive during the whole car buying experience. Jordan took the time to make sure we were totally satisfied with what was going to be the vehicle we purchased. Now it was time to head in and figure out financing, and discuss options. That process was relatively easy and straightforward. We asked the manager to try to make this process as quick and painless as possible... He did exactly that. With very little haggling.... we agreed to the deal! Shortly after... we were in finance signing our contracts. The finance part was quick and painless. Finance had some of the newest technology, which we felt made the signing process much easier. Overall... we are impressed with our entire experience at Fritts Ford, and because of this experience. We chose to come back one month later and purchase another vehicle! First thing is in order to speak to the service department you have to call 100 or more times and once you finally get someone on the phone they have zero customer service. I called in today and spoke to someone who told me I can't get an appointment until 9/28. He was fully aware of the fact that my vehicle fell under a recall and had stopped driving randomly as I exited the freeway. I asked to speak to his supervisor "Jim" who was extremely rude and very condescending. I could barely get a word out and he told me they don't typically like to deal with those types of issues. I'm extremely disappointed and will definitely be leaving a review on yelp. All I can do is pray that this issue doesn't recur while I'm driving to someone else to have this fixed and something happens. If so I will definitely be suing. read more

So here it is two years later with this car. What can I say, it's been in the dealer 3 times already. 1. Car not starting- so my battery cables were loose. FIX= Battery cables loose they said. Not sure how that happened being it's a new car and the go through an inspection when vehicles are received. 2. Car would not charge. Really simple, I plug the car to an outlet and let it charge over night. FIX- WE DONT KNOW, ITS FINE NOW!!! GREEAT! 3- Vehicle sterio/nav/climate control wont turn on. 3 months of talking to corparate and they finally agree to replace it for free. This was less that 6 months ago. FIX- REPLACED bad hardware. Okay, I thought at this point everything is Fine Now! 4? Repeate step 3 or drop off the car at the dealer and walk away. Paying to much for a car that wont stop giving me problems. I've had enough of this car. Need some good advise. read more
