Let me start out by saying that I am very guarded and not trusting of dealerships. I spent two months researching and looking for the best deal I would find for a new vehicle for my wife. Knowing the industry the market, I was familiar with the tactics and games the dealerships can play. Ran into people wasting my time ( galpin motors ), outright liars ( hamid / Worthington Ford), and even one performing all of the above, changing the deal between the phone call and when I was enroute to the dealership(cole Watson/Fritts Ford). Mr. Watson plays the game of trying to help and meet the customers needs, but instead changes deals, tries to tell me what I want and what I don't want and then belittles me in a very condescending manner as if I was stupid. Then challenges me to go find the deal somewhere else questioning my intelligence. Call Watson is very rude, unprofessional and has no idea how to provide customer care or simple respect. Then I followed up with South Bay Ford looking to see if they had a Vehicle with specs we were wanting and had listed. Spoke with Jonathan Harris. They did not play the game of " do you have a trade-in, how much do you want to put down, how much do you want to pay a month, we should check your credit first etc. etc. etc. They knew what we wanted, and we would not settle for less. 24 hours later, we went back look at the vehicle that we wanted, sat down and negotiated the exact numbers I was wanting and felt were fair. Not sure what the issue with one of the salesman was, but we drove out of our way to go look at a vehicle that stated it was 'available' on their website. When we got there he walked the lot with us and stated it was gone. I questioned it since it stated it was available and asked if he could please double check since we went out of our way to come to this dealership. He then walked away and passed us off to another salesman. Well, the other salesman found the vehicle! Went for a test drive and my husband wanted to talk numbers, but we were then passed back to the original salesman. He took down the information and when we spoke numbers, he was very rude and basically said this is what it is and we aren't budging (even though it's Labor Day weekend AND this particular car has been on their lot since March 2023 per carfax). My husband tried to negotiate and then this salesman walked away to talk to the manager.. not sure what he said, but when the manager came to us.. he basically said I can't help you and this is the price. Always have great service when servicing my vehicle. Very easy to drop off, I am assisted quickly. Free and quick shuttle ride back to my house. The only downside is they do take a couple hours to call back to pick up your vehicle. They have not pressured me into paying for extra service I did not initially request. I took My 2001 Ford F250 to the dealership here at fritzford in riverside. They put a sticker on my window saying my front brakes were bad and needed to be changed. The paperwork they gave me said my brakes were bad and needed to be changed. They didn't tell me anything about my brakes being bad. I have a maintenance warranty so the brakes are free to have changed. When I got home and I noticed the paperwork said my brakes were bad I called and complained. Scott the service guy told me ohhh the mechanic must have marked it wrong. Straight up lying to me basically saying the mechanic was either color blind or an idiot. In reality it was probably miss communication letting me leave with bad brakes. I called Kyle Klein the service manager and complain. He goes " oh come on back and I'll give you a smoking deal on new brakes". Mind you I have a maintenance plane where my brakes are free... soooooo. Then over the phone he says oh looks like your batteries are going bad. When I went in the first time I was under the 36k mile warranty. Then I bring my truck back to actually have the brakes done and another service manager named Jason or some shit argues with me about the batteries being covered. Then he says to me " well we don't actually know if the batteries are bad yet or not so let's find that out before we argue". I said ok and if they are bad ill talk to Kyle about covering them. I come back to pick up my truck and ask Jason what they found out about the batteries being bad. He blows my mind with stupidity and rudeness and says " oh we didn't check Them , you said you were going to talk to Kyle about covering the batteries ". I was like yeah about covering them not having them checked. We agreed they needed to be checked. Then he became a complete A hole and was like " I'm not going back and forth with you. You want them checked come back Monday.. and walked off.!!!! Then no one would do shit about it. Nice lady behind the counter told me to go to autozone and have Then checked Then argue about replacing them. I asked for a manager and of course Kyle who can never answer his phone was no where to be found. Then I go to autozone and they don't even check vehicles with 2 batteries like my diesel. I paid $100,000 for this truck, a $4,000 maintenance plan and a $4,000 warranty and this is the service I get. Update: I am raising the star rating ONLY because of the amazing customer service I received from Vanessa Villasenor, and the fact that my car repair was completed on the same day. My car is still missing the undamaged parts that the body shop removed and lost during a repair. They replaced with the wrong parts and the correct parts are evidently on a national back order. I have been waiting for over 5 months. Over the weekend my engine overheat warning came on and when I checked under the hood, the coolant reservoir was empty. I added water as soon as I got home and called the service department on Monday morning first thing. Terry was very nice and advised that the schedule was very full and there were no appointments for this week. I asked about Saturday and she said that Saturday was first come first served. I showed up at 7:15 am and there were already 4 cars in line. Shortly after 8 I was helped by Vanessa. I told her the situation and she got me all checked in right away. After about 2 hours she advised that the mechanic found that my radiator had failed and I needed a new radiator! Wow, with less than 40k miles!? Luckily I purchased the extended warranty and there was a radiator in stock so, I would only be out the $100 deductible. But they were not sure they could complete it on Saturday so the shuttle gave me a ride home. Saturday afternoon I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Vanessa that my vehicle was finished so I was able to retrieve my car that same day. I highly recommend that you call Vanessa or Terry to schedule your service. You will get the best care with them! That said, I am seriously disappointed with my 2014 Ford Focus Hatchback. It has needed serious mechanical help from the beginning. It suffered the common transmission problems, tires and battery had to be replaced with pretty low mileage and now the radiator failed. I have spent more time in the service waiting room in the last 4 years than I had in the previous 20+ years I drove a Honda and Toyota. So over the years I've come to know that this warranty company isn't all cracked up to be that great. They have given Fritts Ford hassles many times. But even the hassles they've given the service department they have always treated me as a customer and given me the best service possible. DO YOUR HOMEWORK! I was Shopping for a Ford F-150 and looking on the website of Frits Ford. First off they have a great selection and many models colors and options to choose from. HOWEVER, I was attempting to compare engines and the only information on the pull down menu for POWERTRAIN was for a 3.5 V-6. Listing 282 Horsepower and 253 lbs of torque. Frits' inventory listed trucks with 5.0 liter engines but even on those 5.0 trucks the powertrain information listed V-6 with the above stated ratings. I called and asked for the sales manager and was directed to Mr. Joe Grasso. Busy man Mr Grasso, who was very short and was quick to shuffle me off to a floor salesman when I told him I was interested in buying a truck. He acted as though I was a nuisance. I quickly interjected that I had additional information that as a manager he should be aware of. I could tell he was annoyed but after explaining the flaw in their website, he provided me with the Linty of engine options and their ratings. Thank you Mr Grasso! Businesses need to be better equipped to provide the product information on the items they sell. Frits fell way short of the Mark on this one! Managers at businesses (even car sales) need to more amiable and concerned with the service they provide to the consumer negative mark for Fritz. I guess I'll have to mosey down the road to another dealership.... maybe Sunrise Ford or Hemborg Ford or Ford of Upland! We were referred to Fritts via Costco looking to purchase an F150 Lariat. I initially worked with the internet sales department regarding the vehicle and specs we were looking for. Cole provided a total "off the lot" price and we informed them that we would be visiting today to test drive and hopefully make a purchase. When we arrive, Cole was not available and Jesse Lamas assists us. This is where the craziness begins. The vehicle we're hoping to test drive and buy is not on the lot... OK there's a similar one for us to try. Jesse drives us to a top lot looking for the vehicle and is pressing the remote to find it. We hear it, but it's in another location... We eventually find it and it's tagged to be repaired; there was a gash in the leather of one of the seats. We still ask to test drive it because its specs are closest to the vehicle we're looking for. At the end, we ask about the original vehicle. We're told that it can't be brought to their site unless we pay for it, but instead, we're offered the vehicle that needs the leather seat repaired at the EXACT SAME PRICE; Shonnah Shoemaker, one of the internet sales reps, was present during this. We told Jesse that we were interested and would get back to him as we ran out of time for this visit. I call a few hours later inquiring about the repair process and mileage and inform Jesse we'd like to move forward with the purchase. He then back pedals and states that he needs to speak with the general manager. I receive a call back a short while later and he says we have a deal, but it's ~$3000 more. I inform him that I am not happy and that this process is completely unacceptable, and will share this experience with others. He states, "Do not threaten me..." That was the end our conversation. Beware of there Service Department. 3 weeks ago I took my truck in for 3 recalls. At first everything went great. Car was dropped off and I returned home. within 2 hours from dropping my truck off I was called and told my truck was ready for pick up. When I asked if all work was done, I was told they ordered the parts for the recall. I would have thought that when I made the appt for the RECALLs they would have ordered the parts. Last week I was called and told the parts were in and made the appt. I arrived at the appt on time and the service agent I would be WAITING. I guess they forget with todays technology we can see where are vehicle is. I watched as my vehicle was taken back to have the recalls done then moved over to the parking area. After About 40 minutes I walked over to the service agent (since I had not received a call) to inquire about the status of my truck. The agent (Jason) asked me to give him 10 minutes. I then walked back to the waiting room to wait for him or his call. After 25 minutes, I walked back over to Jason who just said the paperwork was sent over to the cashier. NOTHING MORE. I went over and picked up my paperwork which showed both recalls were completed. So after waiting for about an hour after my vehicle was done I drove home. I later received a call from a person in the service department who said the recalls could not have been completed because the parts were still on order. After asking a few questions I was told one of the recalls was done but the other was not. Makes me wonder how often this has been done. At this time I really don't know if any of the recalls had ever been done of if this dealerships service department is just a scam, committing Fraud.. Not impressed with this dealership. Lack of customer service and lack of communication. I took my Mustang Mach-E for a 10k mile service and to check my charger cable as it was causing an error. They also did software updates. I was informed it would take 2-3 hours. I gave them 4 hours and nobody called nor gave me an update. I got dropped off thinking it should be done and maybe I can get a hold of someone to give me updates. I got hung up 3 times, I kept on getting the wrong service guy voicemail, and when I did talk to someone they couldn't give me an update on my car. My service guy was on lunch and nobody can give me an update. That's poor service. I don't get why info can't be shared on the computer so they work as a team rather than individuals. So I waited. My next update was it's going to take longer.... long story short.... it took a total of 8.5 hours. Then to get my car back, they didn't check my charging cable. My service guy made a mistake and used their cable and not mine which I brought and told him. Not happy at all. They seemed like they didn't know about this car and it's a FORD so to say your service team is caring for all FORD vehicles but lack the knowledge to service them is concerning. You know for a place that prides themselves in having great customer service, they sure don't. So last week I brought in my Lincoln MKX to be serviced, since I used to go to Alvarez for all my car needs, but they closed down (only to advise their customers one day prior) so now I have to go to Fritts Ford. I talked to Sam in service and he was cool he ordered the part I needed and three days later it showed up and I brought the car into get serviced, after the car was there for an hour or two i was called and told they ordered the wrong part, but not to worry they were gonna order the correct part and order it as an emergency so I would get the part later that day or for sure the next morning. This is a Thursday mid morning. Sam was going to be gone on Friday, so if the part didn't show up Thursday he told me to talk to Greg Johnson on Friday. Greg probably the rudest and most uncaring person ever to work in customer service . 12:30 the next day I called in because of course Greg was too busy to call me, left him a message and I am still waiting on him to call me back. Let me tell you why I feel Greg is rude and shouldn't work with the public. I went into his little office at service and asked for Sam. He never looked up from his cell phone but he motioned with his head that Sam was 6 offices in the back. I said yeah I went to his office but his door is closed and he is not in there. Still not looking up from his important text or game or whatever he was doing he said to me yeah go back there and talk to someone and they will page him. That's Greg Johnson and his caring customer service. So anyway once Greg never called me back I called again and asked for his manager and I was transferred to Don who looked up my account and went back and checked everything and he informed me that the part was in and that I could come in and get it fixed. This is saturday now. Everything was fixed and it only took about a week to get everything fixed, and that is including the ordering of the wrong part, the non returned call from Greg Johnson and me finally having to hunt down a manager and having him get it fixed for me So that brings us to Monday when I noticed something wrong with the car so I called for Sam and he was off today so, there was no way I was going to bother speaking with Greg Johnson considering he has no customer service skills and frankly I am not even sure his head moves up from him looking at his cell phone. So I call Don and apparently him and Greg decided to start a customer service class at the learning annex because from Saturday to Monday his whole attitude changed. I waited on hold for about 7 minutes for him to answer his phone; now this doesn't bother me because let's face it I am not the only one needing service so I understand and accept I have to wait my turn for help. I probably wouldn't have even mentioned it if this was a positive review but now I am spilling all their flaws. So I finally got Don on the phone and I introduced myself and told him he helped me out on Saturday and that I wanted to have something looked at and wanted to send him a picture and he told me where to send it and that I also wanted a oil change and that with my Lincoln rewards that I have a free one and he informed me that he can't get into that system to check so it will start at $56 for a basic oil change. My problem with that is all my Lincoln rewards come from Ford motor/ Lincoln finance so how does Fritts Ford not have access to that? If Lincoln had access to everything shouldn't Ford? Now that maybe something that he really doesn't have access too, but when he repeatedly said nope don't have access to that can't look any of that up, it was almost like he was trying to talk himself into believing that and it came off as a complete and total lie. Again he may not have access to it, but if you are going to tell a customer that have it sound believable. One more thing I am still waiting for an answer from Don about my picture. Let me make a suggestion if you require some time to pass before you get back to customers who sent emails either tell them that when you give out the email address or have an auto response automatically sent once an email is sent. Don told me all emails come directly to him and I told him I was sending it now so that led me to believe he was gonna get back to me right away. Again, I know I am not their only customer so some kind of response would be appreciated because when you hear nothing from the service department you naturally assume they don't care and have no interest in getting back to you. But if Greg Johnson had his way I am sure he would rather just be left alone playing on his cell phone then actually helping customers. read more

We bought extended warranty and then I was transferred to Southern California and my car is now having issues so we scheduled an appointment to get it checked out over two months ago. We brought it in today for the appointment we had scheduled and now the douche bag managers are saying it's not their problem because we didn't buy the car from their dealership. They told us they won't be able to get it even looked at until after November. Total assholes that have no business dealing with customers. I bought a Certified Pre-owned (CPO) 2020 F150. The salesman was inflexible but the price was fair. DannynDelfin was a prince. He acted as a liason during the whole process. This truck has the towing package but someone has removed the receiver and all the floormats from the truck. The salesman refused to replace the receiver unless I paid $695. Majid in F&I was also a prince and he promised me a set of floormats upon my return (whether these will be orignal equipment or an aftermarket remains to be seen. This is the 3rd vehicle I've gotten from Fritts Ford and the salesman made it the worst of the three. read more
