The good: It's $17 for a kid and parents/guardians are free! I came here unexpectedly and my 20 month old daughter has a blast. We came around 10:45am and had the entire place to ourself for about an hour before other kids joined. The cushiony floor was great and comfortable. We didn't have to worry about falls. The worker there was constantly cleaning, organizing and sanitizing the space so that was also comforting. My daughter enjoyed the ball pit the most (the floating balloon area was her second favorite). There's a little area for a mini market and a vet clinic for pretend play as well. There's also a corner with foam building blocks. Don't forget to wear socks! You cannot wear shoes here. And parents must supervise their kids at all times. The bad: It's nice that there's a bathroom right outside of here but it's a single person bathroom and was occupied the entire time (I tried going twice). The floor could use a power wash because it's a little blackish. The interesting: No food or drinks allowed inside. No diaper changes allowed inside. Recently stumbled upon Lefunland meeting with family - we all have toddlers - and was very pleasantly surprised! I paid $17 for one child to enter and play. That covered his and my entry. There was no time constraint, other than their business hours, which are just fine. Everything was pretty safe, fun, engaging and perfectly set up for little ones. There was a market with plastic food items, 2-3 mini Target shopping carts, a ball pit, a vet area with stuffed animals and veterinarian accessories, slides, wall logic puzzles, and so many other fun areas. There was also some seating for parents along the perimeter walls. The employees would often pick up and keep proper boundaries in place (no hitting, no throwing balls, would clean up and pick up items often). Lefunland was great value, tons of fun, and well organized. It was a hit for us and we will be back! read more

Children who are older than 3 should not be allowed to play here. My 2 year old son was playing around other kids much older than him. Due to their aggressiveness he fell head first on the floor. Today was my daughter birthday and all she wanted to do is come here. We have been coming here for years, the owners knows us and even hugs my daughter when we come. My daughter has autism spectrum and my oldest daughter has to play with her to keep her from having a tantrum. Today when we arrived someone name Erica was very proud and not helpful at all. She never asked if my daughter had a disability, she never asked why my oldest was playing with her instead she said, she cannot slide and someone 18 or older has to be inside, I have always sat outside while my oldest was inside. I even told her I know the owner and can I contact her she refuse to give me the number. People she ask if kids have special needs before being discourtesy or rude. I had to deal with her behavior because it was my daughter's birthday and this is all she wanted to do. I wish she was more considerate and thoughtful, I have even thought about a lawsuit for discrimination read more

BIGGEST negative, they only let one parent/guardian in at a time, which is ridiculous, especially when the place is almost empty. Went to check out the place, my daughter was excited to play in the ball pit (she's 8 and never been in one) but for some reason there is a max height limit before you walk in, which I kind've understand since there are smaller kids playing as well. However she was 1/4" too tall and denied her access, she went as far as to use a clipboard (clipboard was not level either) to determine she was too tall. Again by 1/4", very disappointed. read more

There is a restroom right on the other side of the gate located on the same wall as the facility. Yes, many kids of different ages are playing but what is the problem with that? Parents must never leave their kids unattended so it really shouldn't matter if one person is working. In my opinion you really don't need more than one. My daughter fell and started screaming and she glanced over and turned her head back around. I'm not sure why this place has poor reviews. my 12 month old loved it here and everything was padded so we didn't have to worry about her hurting herself. there were a few kids much older than her running around but there was enough space. it also appears to be very clean. the staff are there mainly to make sure nothing too crazy is going on, but they are not there to help with your kids...that's the parents' job. not sure why there are complaints about the price....there are no hidden fees. every kid in there looked like they were living their best lives. it look kind of corny to me whenever I passed by it, but after seeing how happy my daughter was, I know we'll be back. read more

Stay away. There is no age limit as I can tell and the 5-10 year olds run around like animals causing many of the toddlers that are attempting to enjoy themselves to fall down and hurt themselves. At the beginning when they first opened the space was nice and spread out but they are continually adding in new bulky items which makes it now extremely crowded. The slides are fun but with the older kids running around like crazy they can be quite dangerous as my daughter was shoved past and flew down the slide before she was ready. I'm sure the owner means well but most of the time she is not paying attention or fixing one of the many broken toys. The dolphins and the spinning balls are on warp speed even the older kids go flying off if they take a misstep. There are no bathrooms in sight with a changing table so I have seen many parents hide behind the slide and change poopy diapers - that's just gross and could get others sick if they then didn't wash their hands etc. For the $15 per child cost and the insanity from older kids I doubt I'll be back anytime soon. read more

5 stars all around. Clean, easy form to fill, the kiddos love it. Floors are padded so kids can safely fall. There are a couple mini playhouses, spinning balls the kids can safely climb and hang from, spinning dolphins, spininning animal dolls the kids can climb on and take a spin. There's a square pool full of plastic balls overseen by four cool, slippery slides. Also, theres a jumper with a slides and a couple compartments the kids can play in. I was really surprised by how much fun my son had. Parents were wary of their little ones and there were a couple of small accidents but they're 2-3 yr olds. Some were older. Service was good. Paid $15 for one child(unlimited time). This place is on the first floor, near the cold stone, below the automated steps,below the footlocker. We will definitely return. read more

Really more like 2.5 stars, but i'll be nice. My only beef with this place is so much of it is a waste of space that could be so much better utilized. There are 3 huge merry-go round things that are very similar to each other that take up a big chunk of the room. One would be plenty. The back has a lot of empty space. They can't spend a few hundred bucks on some more toys/kid stuff? There just isnt a ton for a kid to do, and there should be more for $15. read more

This place was awesome. I have a one year old that just started walking and a 3 yr old that's autistic and they both had a great time. This place is so simple and most importantly controlled. Parents can just sit and watch their kids be kids. Though I was celebrating my younger sons birthday, watching my oldest autistic son play was awesome. I learned to trust him and his abilities to play without getting hurt. The section with the air balloons was a bit sensory overload ish but once my son got past that he was great!!! They tried to charge for my 7 month old baby to crawl around. I paid for my 4 year old and then tried to buy socks so that I could put the little one down and they tried to charge me for the baby. He wasn't even old enough to walk yet. This place is overpriced and there's a free little play area right in front of it. The only benefit of this spot is if you desperately need a kid friendly break from shopping. I could understand charging for an infant if it was just me and him but I already paid for the kid who's old enough to actually enjoy this place. I absolutely love this place. Like others, I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Both myself and my older brother have had our kids' birthday parties here, and all the kids of all ages have had a great time, which is not common at these places. It seems like some people think this place is supposed to watch after your kids or act like a babysitter, which it isn't. It's a place for your kids to play under your supervision, and it's perfectly made for that. The staff is friendly and helpful, and make sure that the kids stay inside the play area. The play area itself is my favorite part, because it has toys that are meant for different age groups, but that every age group can still attempt safely to use. The entire place is so safe and every location is padded perfectly. I'm an attorney, so it's even more in my nature to look for dangers around my kids. This place gets an A+ from me. If I can only give 0 stars for this place, I would in a heartbeat. The 1st time I saw this place, I got excited to bring my 17month in as it looked really nice, and it wasn't overwhelmingly big for my LO to play around. We finally went to today but unfortunately, the place is too advanced for toddlers below the age of 2. My LO went in running in excitement and went towards the spinning dolphins. I helped him ride on it but the spinning was a quite fast so I had to hop on in with him. Few seconds later, my LO started squirming to get off so I lost balance and both of us fell off. To make matters worse, the dolphin wasn't slippery enough to slide me through as I was already hanging upside down trying to get off while the equipment continues on spinning. To make it even worse, the staff did NOT do anything. Thank God the mom around us helped my LO and pulled him away from the area where the spinning dolphins are otherwise, I might've swept him off which may result to more unfortunate circumstances. Another thing is their ball pit is too shallow. When my LO slid down, he almost hit his head on the end of the slide as there weren't much balls to dive in so I decided to leave that place without even getting a refund. As I was leaving the playground, a mom with her 13month asked the staff if her LO can go in, and the lady staff just said yes without a bat in the eye. So I took the initiative and warned the mom of what just occurred in there before she gets her LO in an unsafe environment. I hope the manager and owner of this playground get to read this and do something about it before more toddlers and moms/guardians get hurt. read more

So my sister and I decided to meet at this place to bring our kids for a morning get together with all the cousins. My nephew who's 6yrs old is a big guy, the lady at the register refused to let him come in and play because he was exactly 52 inches. After much begging her to allow him to come since he's exactly 52 inches she said no time after time stating the machines would break. Give me a break! The kid is not going to break the machines and if that's their concern maybe they need to invest in heavy duty equipment. They charge $15 for very limited things to play with. Believe me their are way better places to go to for $15 and the only reason we came here was because we had been here before and they let him and all of sudden he's not allowed.
