My wife searched for a plumbing company in Google and found Elite Rooter. Ketih Shannon came with his Elite Rooter truck to the house and when I got home he was in the front yard with a camera showing a broken pipe. He showed me the broken pipe and then insurance company was brought up. I told him that we had USAA insurance and he took out his cell phone and showed me all the plumbing projects where USAA insurance is involved. After this we came in to the house and he then he told us do not worry I will take care of all the insurance issues. In order to start the project we need to paid up front before we start the work. He told us that the work will be $18, 757.00. We thought this was the total cost of fixing the bathroom. He said plumbing companies will go out of business if they were not paid upfront, because insurance took too long and we can pay the loan off with the insurance money. He contacted Good Leap and spoke with Patrick Patel who set up the home improvement project loan. While setting up the Good Leap loan Dry Out medics reps Fernando and his supervisor suddenly were at my table. They assisted us also in setting up the loan. Elite plumbing came out and replaced the sewer pipe under the house. Hooked it from the bathroom to the washroom while leaving large damage that needed to be repaired. After the plumbing was done by Elite Rooter. Air Technologies came in and found asbestos in the bathroom. They charged the insurance company around $1500.00 per test. Dry Out Medics (JJ& S another name) came in and performed demolition on the bathroom. Stripped the bathroom to the studs and concrete floor. In the process they shattered a $1000 Kohler shower door and cracked the vanity and broke the back splash which cost over $1000. When they did the asbestos test we had to sign a waiver in the initial test for them to perform the asbestos test, but later after signing the first waiver document to test I noticed at the bottom of the form it said if they break any fixtures of items on accident or negligence they are not responsible. All Air Technologies do is run a wand to test. Dry out Medics (JJ &s) did report the broken shower door glass which they claimed just shattered, but they had to really force it out of the sliding guides it was attached to break it called negligence. Jerking the vanity off the wall without properly undoing the sealer on the sides was negligent. THEY BOTH ARE IN CAHOOTS BECAUSE WHY SIGNING THE AIR TECHNOLOGIES FORM TO PERFORM AN ASBESTOS INSPECTION ALSO COVER DRY OUT MEDICS (JJ&S) DAMAGES. Dry Out Medics (JJ&S) are refusing to pay me for the damaged fixture which is over $2000. They billed USAA Insurance around $6,500 for the demolition of the bathroom and are pressuring them with a short payment deadline. Goodleap is calling me my wife repeatedly about repayment for the $18,757.00 which the credit terms is 0 percent for 15 months. Why are they harassing her for the money. She can not sleep at night at time due the harassment. They are all players in a network of the same fraud. Presently I am holding off the Air Technology final asbestos testing to stop them USAA from paying Dry Out Medics (JJ&S) the $6500. And the $1500 USAA will have to pay Air Technology. They are all out to bleed the insurance company and defrauded me in the process for the $18,757.00. I have documents to prove all the facts that I stated in the fraud memo. IN TOTAL I LOST AROUND $25000.00

He was very polite and really listened. He is such a well-rounded individual, he walked me through all the issues and helped come up with a game plan. I appreciated that Jonathan was very knowledgeable and really engaged in the conversation, not just trying to sell something. I was also pleasantly surprised and happy that your company comes out on the weekend and does not charge extra. Being a first-time customer, there was a 10 percent discount that really helped. On their website, there are other coupons, such as military, etc. Every bit helps. One thing that I noticed which I don't ever remember seeing before was Jonathan had foot coverings on when he came inside. He removed them as he stepped outside to do a check. I thought wow, how thoughtful is this. This was so nice to see. I told him he looked like a surgeon! I would definitely recommend this company and have given several referrals to friends and neighbors, which is also a perk, as you get discounts for referrals. The VIP membership plan is great, this company is invested in maintenance, not just making a sale and sending you on your way to fend for yourself. They will come out twice a year for regular maintenance, which really is such a great feature as well as emergency situations. It's so comforting to have this type of support. Unfortunately, I had paid 7k for a complete re-pipe 5 years ago and the company did a poor job. They took the easiest path for them, which resulted in me having to now pay to have the job corrected. But going forward I know that I will be supported and not subject to surprising large bills. Team Rooter gives you a video of their findings and work, which really cements their level of integrity. Team Rooter is invested in present and future maintenance of your plumbing needs. I honestly would give them a ten-star rating if it was possible. The peace of mind is so worth it. Ask for Geovanni Penate…read more This is our second time working with Team Rooter Venture Inc in the Ventura , CA area.     In 2024, we thoroughly researched and contacted multiple plumbers in the area.  This company was able to schedule service right away (even on the weekend).  They work 24/7 and can show up afterhours and holidays.  They also send confirmation texts for appointments, surveys, etc. and emails for invoice and home inspections should you choose.  Team Rooter had the best pricing for our clogged kitchen sink.  We were so pleased with the work they did that we called Team Rooter again in 2026 for a different plumbing problem.  I liked that they had complete records of the last time they were out.  *FYI, after the plumbing work is complete, they send out a report with a description of the scope of work done.   This month, Geovanni was assigned to us and he is the best  - professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and more than capable. He is the type of plumber I would feel safe referring to my grandmother if she had a plumbing issue.  Professional - I appreciated that Geovanni would call and give a 30 minutes heads up before he arrived and he's pretty punctual.  (Can't stand when other vendors or deliveries would give you a 4 hour window so you're stuck just waiting.)  He brought his tools and laptop to visually show up pricing breakdown and clearly explained our options. I want to know what we will be spending upfront. Courteous - Geovanni is so polite and well spoken.  He acknowledged my children and always wore shoe covers inside the house. Workmanship - Geovanni worked quickly and efficiently.  The plastic and copper pipes he redid look way better than they did before... instead of multiple right angles, he angled them to flow better and reduce a collection of water (which started our problem in the first place).  He also performed some drywall repair after replacing the pipes, and we were very impressed by his drywall work (he took the time to really match the existing walls on multiple floors in our house).  I am just thankful he was able to fix all of our water issues.         If we have problems in the future, I would def call Team Rooter again.  Would recommend to all of our friends and family. A few years ago I used Pro Solutions and Jerry came out for a water pressure issue that impacted our sinks and shower. Jerry was thoughtful and a good communicator on the issue. He fixed the issue immediately and that experience stuck with us. Fast forward to this week, we used them again. Thankfully, no emergencies but I had one toilet needing a tweak and needed hardware changed in one of my bathrooms for the shower and sink that was long overdue. Even though my request wasn't an emergency, Jerry offered to come out within hours of my request to fix everything and was communicative even late into the night (when my toilet started acting up so I frantically messaged them) talk about stellar availability and service.
