Just yesterday, after a blizzard, the seal on my window pulled out when I got in the car, the guys at Jiffy Lube put it back in place without charging. They are thoughtful and do good work! So I rushed to get the vehicle in to a local shop 5 hours from Autotronics and followed up by calling to check on the warranty. Jay at Autotronics was absolutely incredible. Told me not to worry I was covered. Take it to where ever I want and get it repaired. But it didn't end there. I was heading to the west coast and Jay knew I was busy and he took the time to call the national warranty center and get a claim started for me and call me with the number! Are you kidding me? This level of service has all but disappeared from our society, but not in Mankato. In the end we had the vehicle repaired and yep Jay called to follow up on how it went. Needless to say we are customers for life and so should anyone in the Greater Mankato market!

I did a bit of research at Tires Plus's website, and once I knew which tires I wanted I gave the shop a call. Shaun at the shop took my call, verified that they had what I needed, and set my appointment for the same day. Shaun also greeted me when I arrived, got me checked in quickly, and advised me about how much time the work would take. I took a walk around the area (check out the thrift store just behind the shop, they have some awesome finds) and arrived about five minutes before the work was due to finish, and they wrapped up work exactly when they said they would. The price was fair, I received all the info I needed to understand my new tires' warranty and the work the shop performed, and Shaun even showed me the bolts in my old tires that were the cause of my problems. Overall this was an excellent experience and I'll be sure to come back for alignments, new tires, and any other repairs that are beyond my own ability to perform at home.
