Greatly enjoying trying different classes in this most welcoming and supportive community…read more They also host amazing events in house as well as partner with other great businesses (cold plunging, rooftop classes, hybrid classes featuring zumba). Parking is a breeze & the location couldn't be more convenient (just off of Valmont near to the 30th st intersection). The space is spotless and inviting. All the accessories and equipment are stored in an eye pleasing way. Lovely plants near the check in desk greet you upon arrival. There's even a place to let your outdoor shoes dry, a bench to rest on to change your shoes (at front door and out back) as well as a purified water machine. There are intention cards to complete if you wish - bringing some extra meaning and purpose to your day or workout. Following the class bring card home with you. Lockers and hooks near the restroom make it easy to stow your coat and purse. Towels for workouts are also provided and collected after class. The restroom is clean and inviting. Individual use cloth towels ensure the space is green as can be. There's a little basket to place the used ones in. Water machine provides purified refreshment before and after your workout. Options for both hot and cold water which is fun. I've attended a handful of offerings here as well as some events. Every time I make a new connection and often see & catch up with familiar people. The owner greets everyone by name and is truly invested in the community. The music played is so fun and helps me keep a great pace for the workouts. Many classes are taught in both English & Spanish ensuring everyone feels welcome. If you are looking for more than just a place to get a workout in - i.e. a welcoming and encouraging community - I highly recommend giving this business a try! You'll be glad you did!

I checked this place out on a Tuesday at 6:00PM for a sambo class. Lauren, the manager, gave me a…read morequick introduction to the warmup protocol and then we got into the class. Warmups were about 20-30 minutes and then we got into wrestling with a partner. A guest instructor came in from South America to teach us wrestling skills and some striking. The class was very grueling and tough. I've trained martial arts for a few years and this was probably one of my hardest classes. There are two locations, this one and one in Centennial so make sure you're going to the correct location.

When I get there the first time he was very professional , but talked very highly of himself, not very humble at all. For the first session all we did were a few stretching exercises for a full hour. Also, he was training me with someone else at the same time while he had a class going on. This was my first red flag. After my first session I inquired about the next session for which he informed me he will be out of town but to let him know my schedule. To get him to respond is a challenge, but I give him my schedule and we work something out eventually. Second session he was a little late due to illness. I understand illness, but if you're going to be late, I'd appreciate a heads up. I can tell he was not really into it and all we did was more stretching exercises. My private is MINE and it is valuable, but if you need to cancel, I understand. Third session is when we actually did something more than stretching and all that was added was kicking on the bag. It takes a few weeks to get a fourth session due to my vacation time and his schedule, but we finally get something scheduled. Again, he trains me along with someone else. Again, my time that I paid for is shared with someone else. For the fifth time, I arrive early and I waited for 10 extra minutes AFTER the time we were suppose to meet and he's still not there. I check the door and it was locked, so I leave. Coach Sullivan makes NO ATTEMPTS to contact me. I wait for a few days before messaging him telling him we are not a good fit for each other and I requested the remainder of the money I paid for unused sessions. He has NOT responded NOR returned my money. I have hired private coaches throughout the years and every one always respected my time, I learned something new every session, and all my sessions were PRIVATE, not shared with someone else. Communication was great between me and my previous trainers, and if a cancellation had to be made, it was always done ahead of time. For some reason my coach could not make a session due to prior engagements, I was informed beforehand. And none of them were arrogant or talked highly of themselves. Each one of my former coaches were extremely humble and were eager to pass on their knowledge. I could tell Coach Sullivan did not want to be there but his focus was never on me. His sessions were so far spread out, what was the point of going to him. I always met with my former coaches are a weekly basis as they always were given my schedule head of time. If you want private lessons from this man, do not go. You will not learn anything, poor communication skills, and he will more than likely keep your money.
