Was recommended by Geico... Was in an accident and told me this was one of their highly service spots. Gave them a shot. At first Carlos was nice, straight forward. Told me everything that needed to be done. Got my paper work and picked up to get my loaner from Enterprise. Good start thus far. Told me my car be done in 19 days. Passed that mark. I gave them a call to see if there is any updates. I wasn't rushing them but just wanted to know the status. Front desk has mentioned he will call me back in 5 mins. Following week. Call me back in an hour. Another week passes. "He'll call you back in 3 mins". More then a month passed... and the guy never calls me. Now most people may have gotten upset or be raging right about now. I knew he was going through some stuff so I thought I'd be patient. I knew they went through some issues with my car and they did their best to resolve it. What they lack is communications with their customers. If it's passed the due date that they scheduled. They should notified their customers and let them know instead of keeping them in the clouds. I ended up spending my work hours dealing also with the loaner and Insurance adjuster because they didn't know how long I'd still needed the car or when my vehicle was fixed. Even when they called me to pick up my own car. I asked how I would return the loaner. They said to just drop it off at their Garage and someone will pick it up and I will receive an email. Instead the weekend passed and Enterprise called me to ask where their car was...Making me once again hunting them down to find where the loaner car went !? Also, they left some sort of grease mark which doesn't seem to want to come off on my panels... Which was a disappointment. Overall, they fixed the car. Recently while parking at Target in the Drive Up lane I encountered a fender bender or a bumper dumper rather. GEICO quickly handled the Express Claim and I was familiar with Fronteir as my neighborhood Express Claim Center. I dropped off my car last week and today I picked it back up. FRONTEIR is walking distance from home so I did not have to rent a car with Enterprise. Enterprise is conveniently located across the street and another around the corner from the collision shop. Brought my car here on the direction of my Insurance company. The car was covered under the other person who hit me so they were paid by insurance. The boss who dealt with me was very nice and answered all my questions. He explained the process that would happen with the process. I had to rent a car for 2 weeks. The only downfall was that I was not informed of any updates with the process of having my car repaired and had to call in order to see how far along they were with the on. My car was parked and hit by another vehicle and the front left fender and front bumper was damaged. When I brought my car to Frontier to do the inspection, the staff advised me that it would take about 2-3 days to get the fender and bumper repaired/replaced. I dropped off the vehicle on Tuesday and took a rental car from Enterprise Rent A Car across the street. I waited and waited patiently until Friday (3 days from the day I dropped off my car), then I decided to call them to find out the status. I was told that my vehicle would not be ready until "early next week". I called on Monday afternoon, then I was told that the car would not be ready until mid-week. I called again on Wednesday and the staff advised me that the car would be ready either later in the afternoon or Thursday morning. Finally someone from the office called me at around 4:25 pm on Wednesday and I was told that I would not be able to pick up the car and they would try to get it ready by Thursday morning. Not sure why it took that long to fix my car, but nothing else could be done other than waiting patiently. Thursday was gone by quickly and nobody contacted me at all. At around 2:45 pm, I decided to call to get a status update. The staff told me that my car would be ready by 4:30 PM!!! Oh Yeah! 4:30 pm vs. the "promised" Thursday morning ... We went to pick up the car at around 5:15 pm and the car was ready. The pick up was smooth and easy. We also left the car rental to them and they returned it for us on our behalf. The car was fixed, but it just took much longer than expected and required lots of follow ups. read more

Almost forgot to post this review. My Boyfriend was involved in an accident on Westbury Blvd back in December 2021 and my Rogue was towed here. I wasn't aware it was towed to South Franklin and I should've went to get my belongings immediately. These people left my doors unlocked and some of my belongings were stolen. When my boyfriend finally went to get our belongings he realized the doors were unlocked, the glove compartment and arm rest were open. My boyfriends work drill and some work supplies in the car were taken. My $300 pair of glasses, iPhone charger and change in the middle console. Some other things I'm sure were taken but those were the more important ones I could think of. Knowing the surrounding area, I don't understand why they wouldn't have locked my doors. My fault though I should've went and cleaned my car out immediately knowing it was going to be totaled out. O and let me not forget too...when Geico called they apparently had no record of my car being here. Wasn't until my boyfriend got there and spotted it when they realized they did. Honestly my things being taken could've been someone that worked there who knows. What I do know is that they are careless and I would never give them a cent of money or my business! I went in to get an estimate on my car. No one acknowledged my present. I called prayer to comings in. After the two front people in front finished looking at one another's and I stated my presence one of them got up and walked out the door. I had to ask whether I should follow her. We got to the car she took ONE picture of the front of the car. Then started to walk back to office I had to ask again if I need to go back in with her. And then the bad attitude started I asked about weather the hood could be be fixed The answer was I don't know. My F150 is a 2017 walked out of work and found in the parking lot some one gave me mltiple dins with there door. Was upset so stopped on my way home at Aes Of Dents.....He has previously fixed my Lexus and Prius and had amazing results. This review is based on the customer service and the people that work there as I never had any work done here. Anyway needless to say my visit here was bittersweet. My car had gotten stolen BUT it was recovered. The Hempstead police recovered it and had it towed here over a holiday weekend(memorial day). From the moment we walked in here we were treated SOO nicely. Obviously tensions were high being this was my car that was stolen BUT everyone here put me at ease and made me feel comfortable that everything was going to end up okay...and with their help everything DID turn out okay. The impound fee wasn't too outrageous. I've heard of horror stories where people have had to pay thousands of dollars in impound fees..but not me. A couple hundred dollars later and my stolen car was now mine again. I also left with all the necessary forms to submit to my insurance company. Definitely will be coming back here if my car needs work done, half of the battle with auto shops is the people that work there and Frontier obviously does NOT have that problem. This review is long overdue. In December 2016 while driving home from work one night I was heading west bound on the LIE right around the "North Hills" exit. I was in the middle lane and the SUV passing me was in the left. I felt a bang and almost lost control of my car. The SUV side swiped my new Nissan Altima SL. I was bummed out and during the next few days the hunt was on for a body shop that I could trust. I called several in Brooklyn where I live and my perception was that all they wanted was my money and they were looking to maximize their profits from the deal and the insurance and whatever else there was. I could not find a collision shop that I felt I could trust. So, while rummaging through my glove compartment I noticed an insurance wallet given as a promo item from this place called Frontier Auto Collision on Franklin Avenue in Hempstead, NY. I took a shot and voila! I got Bobby one of the partners on the phone he calmly and thoroughly explained my options (OVER THE PHONE) everyone one wanted me to bring the car in so they could "Close" the deal if you will. After informing him that I lived in Brooklyn but worked in Long Island he said, that if I have the time to stop by so he could look at it and give me an estimate. Made sense, no pressure I am liking this guy. So, I stop in one day and Ben, Bobby's partner enters the picture. Ben is like a guy that just makes you feel comfortable very soft sales style, he told me what would be involved his staff set up the rental and I decided to trust Frontier with my car. This was by far the best decision I could have made. They repaired my car to looking like when I drove it off of the showroom. The car was cleaner than when I left it for them and them (the whole staff) made me feel welcome and special. He explained the whole process and I just felt more comfortable than before. This place is a rare find, but I will say that it is the people that make it work. They are very successful not only because of the excellent hard work but because of Bens and Bobby's leadership. Labor Day weekend (Saturday) 2015, Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident, some injuries and a lot of damage to the vehicle. I called Frontier Collision within 10 minutes Ben the owner returned my call... first thing he asked "are you ok" it was very reassuring to hear that, he then told me that he would take care of everything.. he then dispatched the tow truck right away... had his assistant take me home... Ironically I had met Ben approx. 1 year earlier right in front of his shop when someone rear ended me. At that time "not once" did he say "oh leave your car here in my shop, also back then he tried to assist me in any way he could just like he does currently with everyone he comes in contact with.. Following the rear end accident I took my vehicle to a "body shop" that I had previously taken my vehicle in for repairs.. Fast forward... I was not completely satisfied with the repairs from that " body shop" ie: bumper cover not lining up, paint not matching, leaking window and the list goes on... After the Labor Day weekend accident I decided to call Frontier Collision because Ben had been very "nice" and helpful to me without any obligation after the rear end accident. The repairs to my car by Frontier Collision, were done promptly and to my satisfaction.. Ben never offered anything in return for me to have my car repaired at his shop.. he was always upfront with me unlike other body shops that I have dealt with in the past. I had a wonderful experience with this company! I got into an accident in on Peninsula Blvd in Hempstead about 2 weeks ago. I was fine but my poor Lexus was really in bad shape. I was hit head on by a stupid teenager TEXTING! He crunched the whole front of my baby. both sides of the front, the hood, the whole front-end! So I looked up nearby auto body shops as we were filling out the accident report with the police and it turned out Frontier was under a mile away. I called them and spoke to a very nice guy (Ben) he was very calming and he told me everything would be ok, he will take care of everything (and he did!). Within 5 minutes a tow truck was there to take my car. The very nice driver told me to ride with him back to the shop so they can get me on my way. The tow truck was very clean and the driver had a very clean cut appearance which was very comforting and made me feel safe. When I got to the shop Ben came out to walk me in, he asked me what I liked from Starbucks and had someone go pick it up for me. We sat down and Ben explained everything to me. He had the girl in front work on my paperwork and the insurance.The next thing I knew a man from Enterprise walked in asking for me by name! We finished up the paperwork (which really took no time at all) all the while Ben slowly went over the entire process in very simple yet detailed terms. I got in the car with the car rental man, went about a block away and within 5 minutes I was in a cute little rental car driving home! Three days later The girl (I'm so sorry I forget her name, but she was a doll) called my cell to tell me my car was ready! I told her I'd have to pick it up on Friday which was 2 days away because I live and work in Port Jefferson. She told me "not to worry where do I work?" So she had the car rental guy drop off my car and pick up the rental! My Lexus was PERFECT! Just like it never happened! it even looked better then before, it didn't have a ding or a scratch on it. My car literally looked brand new and I'm not exaggerating! I have never been in an accident before and I have never dealt with an auto body shop before. But what prompted me to write this is this company Frontier Auto Collision really went above and beyond, Never have I been so taken care of from ANY service!
