Business Internet was out for 6 days !!! We've called 6 times! They won't send out a technician. They still haven't !! It's still down!! They sent us "a new router" and it didn't come with the cords needed to connect, and our router was broken to begin with and they sent us an internet booster so it's useless! Their customer service is useless. A car accident damaged a pole in the neighborhood and my service was immediately affected by frequent drop outs. I explained this and requested a service crew investigate. 2 agents disconnected my chat when I said I refused to "upgrade" to have them fix faulty service. Insulting. read more

WORST PROVIDER & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And I've never used them! Couldn't answer simple question of working in my area. Left me on hold 1 hour when I demanded to speak with someone regarding 1k in materials left for 2 weeks on my lawn. Left unlocked buried cable boxes underground, dangerous for small children and pets. Did not seem at all concerned about these issues. I give them NO STARS ever! Have to earn them Frontier!! Check your foreman! Spent an hour talking to four neighbors and an out of state splicing contractor living in a trailer that was more helpful than Frontier, because onsite workers didn't speak English and no foreman available. I experienced major inconvenience with Frontier when they could've answered a simple question in a timely manor. Terrible service. Slow speeds. And impossible to cancel. They try to sell you on everything under the sun when trying to cancel. As well as have a ton of fees you have to pay when cancelling. They charge you for everything and won't let you cancel right away. Highly recommend going to a different provider. Will never use them again. read more

I am a small business owner who depends on internet for processing credit card payments and running my business! I have contacted frontier no less than 7 times in the past 2 weeks, being told each time via virtual assistant that I do not have an issue! It is impossible to get a live person on the phone. I have had 2 modem sent to me and still experiencing issues. Their lack of customer service is truly horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone for business or personal use! read more

this company sucks. trying to sign up for service online. it deliberately does not allow you to purchase their intro plan with a $100 Visa card. after trying for a week I had to call. now the sales pitch starts. trying to upsell to a plan I don't want. then when I try and get the one advertised online I am told that the customer service representatives don't have access to that plan. We paid for YouTube TV which never worked, no one at the company could figure out a solution. Paid for fast internet, had a max of 2 bars on WiFi. Tried to cancel for over 2 weeks. Their systems were down for over a week with no way to get in contact with anyone (tech closed, customer service closed, website down). Finally got through to cancel, never received the required pin via mail. Called back and then was told 5 different things from different employees. Overall a HORRIBLE experience; go with Spectrum and save yourself a headache. read more

This has been one of the most bizarre, terrible experiences I have ever had with any internet/cable provider. We had an appointment for installation set up and the technician never came. We called the company several times that day asking what was going on, only to find out the technician said he knocked on the door and we weren't home...which was obviously a lie as not only were we home, but our building has a concierge/doorman, and they confirmed no one from Frontier ever came by. We also called him and texted, and we were ignored. This was a Saturday. They then tell us we can't get another appointment until Tuesday. The window comes and goes...no technician. We call and are told they "don't have the equipment they need." WHAT?! YOU KNOW WHAT THE APPOINTMENT IS FOR, SO HOW DO YOU NOT COME PREPARED?! I don't think that is even true, as they didn't even see what equipment was already in the apartment as we are required to use their services since our building has a contract with them. No one on the phone is ever helpful either...if you can even get a person to speak to. And their app...forget about it. It always just said someone was coming... Please do not use their services if you can avoid it! I would give negative stars if I could. read more

I bought the all you can fly pass and now all of a sudden I can't use it on certain days outside of the black out dates. they are only letting me use it on flights that take over a day to land at my destination. read more

worst provider I've ever used in the United States. Horrible website that constantly logs you out and has bugs along with ad walls to sell you services when you're already a customer. Customer service reliant on hohr calls to update any account information. being treated rudely by techs who think their schedule for a work order to install your service even after your service has been set up for weeks. they shut off my service from a billing error on their end and could not turn it on in the middle of a work day for a tech to come out and fix it. worst company, worst service, and the absolute worst website and user interface.
