If I could, I would give them higher than 5 starts. We've been going here for the past 10,15 years. Andrew (the main guy) and Jason are absolutely the best. Andrew's mom Debbie, runs the office/billing, is the sweetest person. We consider them like close family friends. Who ever drops you to your house (Debbie did !!!) On another occasion, Andrew and Jason helped me push my minivan which had stalled just around the block from their shop to save me towing expense. Who ever does that unless they too consider me as family!!! My family and I take all my vehicles with eyes closed, we have complete faith in the trio. Andrew is da man! I took my old 2002 Camry in to diagnose some valve leak to several different places and found Andrew to be the most reasonably priced and the most honest. He laid out what he was able to find, gave me quotes for each job and let me choose what I wanted to get done. I dropped off my Camry and got it back fixed within two days, just as he promised. Frontline is my first choice for getting work on my 3 cars: 2005 Acura TSX; 2006 Chrysler Pacifica; and 2006 Chrysler 300 Heritage edition. I have been having what I thought was a problem with my Pacifica with the engine not being able rev above 3000 RPMs when in park and neutral. Other wise the car runs great. YELP: This Auto shop is very efficient and very good! I was told about this place through friends so I decided to give it a try since both of my cars needed major maintenance. Every time I would drive my Lexus it would always make weird loud noises which, like any worried car owner, convinced me that there was something obviously wrong with it. Prior to my visit I decided to call Frontline and see if they could book me for an appointment to find out what was wrong with my car. They told me to go ahead and bring it in for a diagnostic so they could figure out what the problem was. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail that my brake pads needed to be changed (hence what was making that weird crunching sound) and that my EGR exhaust tube was cracked (this is also what made a weird loud sound coming from my engine). I went ahead and gave them the ok to fix whatever needed to be fixed. They definitely did a great job and fixed the problem at a great price and they told me that if anything comes up or if I find something suspicious then to go ahead and give them a call.the owner, Andrew is very friendly. It's been a few weeks now since my visit and I haven't encountered any problems! What a great experience I had at this place! This place is family owned and they treat each customer just like it....I came in needing my brakes changed my quote was $95 bucks (very reasonable) for labor but once Andrew took everything off I needed new roters and bearings I'm thinking it was gonna cost me an arm and leg but he honored the $95 even though it took him well over an hour to fix everything. I am giving 3 stars to this business because of customer service and honesty. They were unable/incapable of solving my issue. I brought my 1997 Toyota Camry in for a Star Smog test. It failed. I then applied for repair assistance and after receiving approval, I went back to Frontline so they could diagnose and fix my car. After leaving it for a day, I was told by the mechanic and manager that they could not find anything wrong (no codes were given to help them) and didn't want to replace something only to find it wouldn't solve the issue. To their credit, they did not charge me for the diagnostics. Debbi, Andrew and Cuong were very polite and apologetic for not being able to help me. I have since located a different Star Test and Repair shop that had more advanced diagnostic tools to identify the problem. They fixed it and the car passed smog. read more
