Sent my Ducati in for a simple shifter fix, it come back a month later with a visible coolant leak on exterior and having compression problems they said they could fix for 5k. Funny thing was it NEVER had a problem with either for years before it was sent there. All this while trash talking my 848 saying I should buy a new bike and not waste my time on the old one. My experience started when I picked up the phone and decided to call and Pat answered the phone in sales. He answered all my questions and explain the process to me very well. I felt like things were going awesome. I was contacted fairly quickly about my finance application and was impressed with what I was offered. I decided that I would make the 8 Hour drive and purchase my motorcycle from Frontline Eurosport when I arrived at the dealer, I was greeted by name without Pat, even knowing who I was felt like I was in the right place I was able to test drive when other dealers simply wouldn't allow. The test drive along with Pat's knowledge really is what set things apart for me and made my overall decision when I met with Parts for the additional accessories I wanted I was given a nice discount complementary after purchasing a new unit. Nice perk! Chris, the finance manager he really made it all happen and come together at the end getting Parts to be as flexible as possible. Chris was awesome. Had a redhead daughter like my own that I brought with me. I think it's really nice when employers are able to accommodate children being in the workplace when needed! Twice in twelve years I tried to purchase motorcycles from this dealership, and was put off by disrespectful employees. The first time it was by Nathan, who I believe is no longer there. He was in sales and B.S. me. I ended up taking my business to a N.C dealership and purchased my first bike 2012 Bonneville, which I still own. Mind you Frontline Eurosport's is the closest dealership to me about an hour and half away. This last year I was looking into getting an additional Bonneville a T120, and was talked down to by another employee. I decided to get my first bike serviced there. Well after being disappointed again by staff, I looked into getting my second bike from another dealership in NC. Which I purchased today. This is a stream of consciousness review so buckle up...I got back into riding motorcycles after about a 25 year hiatus late last summer (2022). I was a Japanese brand fan :) who has owned various Hondas and Kawasakis back in my younger years. My two brothers convinced me, one, to start riding again so I can join them on some yearly trips and, two, check out some European bikes because they both ride Ducatis and BMWs respectively. I have lived in the Roanoke Valley for 10 years and have driven by Frontline many times. I always wanted to stop in but just never did to my loss! After my brother's consistent badgering to check them out I went in late last August '22 and started looking around. I was immediately greeted by Pat & Craig who were super friendly and helpful with a noob who hasn't ridden in decades. They patiently answered my many questions and also asked insightful questions that helped me to discern what kind of bike and riding style that would suit me at this stage in my life. I can't remember how many times I stopped by there that week to sit on more bikes and ask more questions. Each time it was the same friendly service and helpful advice. Of course I also spent hours and hours (way too many :) researching online and it turns out the staff's advice at Frontline really was more helpful than the keyboard warriors on the various forums I read through! I finally settled on a Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Explorer and the purchasing experience was fantastic. Of course you're paying a premium price for a Euro brand but also getting a dialed in and amazing machine. The whole buying experience was superb; from the initial point of contact as I entered the store, the hours spent answering my questions and offering helpful advice, talking to the various staff from finance to service to parts, it's as good of an experience purchasing a motorcycle as you'll find anywhere in the country in my opinion. When it was time for the break-in service, Tiffany and the service department were so accommodating and easy to work with they had me in and out in a jiffy! Also I purchased some "farkles" for my new Tiger and Dan in Parts was super helpful and kind in directing me to what was really useful. I also purchased a new helmet and Cardo communication system and Dan was great installing that into the helmet and showing me how it all worked! Amazing service! Fast forward to March of '23...I had ridden about 2500 miles on the Tiger and though it's a wonderful machine there was just something lacking. I remember my brothers joking with me that once I get a motorcycle I am going to want another one and another one, etc :). I thought that wouldn't apply to me however they were correct! I think one thing I am realizing; you have to spend at a minimum several months riding a motorcycle to begin to get a feel for what suits you. Once again I spent way too many hours reading and researching how to make the Tiger scratch that itch but just never felt right on it. Once again Pat & Craig were super helpful in asking more insightful questions and helping me think through what other bike could be the "one" :). After test driving my brother's BMW R1200 a few months back and then test driving a BMW GS 1250 I realized I had found the bike for me! Speaking of test driving a bike...Frontline makes it so easy and as far as I understand, as long as you have a valid motorcycle license, you can test drive pretty much any bike in the store! What other dealer is that accommodating? After several more hours of conversations with Pat & Craig I pulled the trigger on a '23 BMW GS1250 Adventure and man what a bike! They offered me more than fair trade value on my Triumph Tiger and once again the whole process was just SUPERB! Yep...long review...however in my opinion Frontline is the BEST Motorcycle Dealer in the Country and we are so blessed to have them here in the Roanoke Valley. One more point of proof...I have witnessed in person several folks who have flown into Roanoke from pretty far distances and purchased a bike from Frontline and then ridden it home...that speaks volumes I think to the level of professionalism, service, value, and just plain on friendliness that you'll find at Frontline. "I was on a cross country trip from San Diego to Philadelphia with my brother when the #2 cylinder on my 2012 Triumph Tiger 800 ABS went dead. We were in Hillsville on Saturday morning in November, shaking off the cold. I called Frontline service and explained my problem and that I was traveling. Tommy, the service writer said bring the bike in as soon as you can and we will fit you in. I called AAA and we were at the shop by 11:00. Tommy came out to meet us and quickly handed my Triumph off to Andy. I thought it was ignition, maybe the coil, but no luck, it was a completely clogged fuel injector. Things looked bleak as they didn't have a replacement part and it was Saturday. After talking to Andy and Tommy, we elected to attempt to clean it. Luckily it worked! So thankful that Frontline went the extra mile to get us back on the road. Great service! Highly recommended. We would have had to rent a Uhaul or stay till Tuesday afternoon when the replacement part arrived. By taking the extra effort Frontline enabled us to finish our trip, on time, with minimal hassles. Every time I call, I am treated like my needs are a top priority for them and am always treated with professional curtesy. There sales department is why I've purchased two bikes, their service department with their factory trained master mechanics are some of the most knowledgeable mechanics I have seen.
