No communication at all I had to show up irritated on Saturday citing zero communication. I finally picked up the vehicle the following thursday. They cost me a ton of money through work, I use it for rideshare. One of the mush mouths told me directly they put cars damaged like that on the lot and in the system all the time. That didn't seem like a smart thing to say to me but what do I know? DO NOT BUY THE ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION. It might seem great but within the first month I had a flat, had to take it to a place that knows how to do road hazard repairs. Hyundai told me it would be 1 to 2 days for a simple flat repair. They aren't taking apart an engine. That's ludicrous. I sent my sales rep an email asking how to go about getting my 1000.00 back for that farce and the dingbat never responded to me. So, in all, I know I will never buy another hyundai as long as I live and i hope these reviews are read and taken seriously. The dealership can do no wrong in their eyes, it's priceless. Losers really. Lastly I just received a dirtbag letter stating that they had tried to get ahold of me which they did NOT. If I don't check in I will lose the warranty that comes with what I purchased. Please take that warranty away so that I can find a lawyer!!! Basically I don't want this company touching the car for fear they will have it for weeks on end for something simple. Do better business with decent ppl or shut it down. Awful.

Spoke with Nick each time (not Greg, who is listed as the point of contact everywhere else). Called three different times to get information and try to set an appointment (it was a little troublesome to schedule an appointment, but we settled on a time and date. Weekend wasn't possible because it was "a little too busy"). When calling to confirm the appointment, Nick had forgotten there was an appointment, had forgotten the car/s I was interested in, Despite having spoken to him less than 24 hours before. He also asked if there was any way I could come in earlier because he had to leave early. Not possible because I scheduled time off of work for the appointment because the weekend was "a little too busy". This looked like an okay deal, because of prices. I was willing to go with a different bank than my own (that won't finance rebuild titles) in order to get more car for my money. And while I know personal skills aren't the same as autobody skills I have zero confidence moving forward based on basic customer service. Maybe Greg is a joy to work with, but I won't go near this place. I am spending money on a car this week. They just lost it.
