Said it wasn't fleas or bedbugs (which we knew), sprayed something inside that was totally ineffectual and that was it. We had a web on the corner of our front door and they left it there. If they don't bother with the most obvious cobwebs, they aren't effectively spraying or managing our property. They sent a manager out in Nov who did a really thorough job and said he would pass on his notes to the next tech who comes out, but it doesn't seem like that happened.
