Onsite was great as was the whole customer experience and work product. We had been chronic troubleshooting of rat intrusions into our crawl space for a fear years. It was awful because our exterior rat control was effectively poisoning the rats but then they would find their way under our house to die and then stink. After several inspections from other vendors we were unable to locate the entry point under the house. Our regular pest control vendor only does preventative basic pest control work, and does not provide below house dead pest removal or crawl space inspections (he wouldn't even go down there!). Thankfully we found Onsite!!! They returned our call promptly and were crawling under the house a few days later to conduct a thorough inspection which lead them to discover the passage ways where the rats were entering. We received detailed information on both the problem and solution along with a very reasonable quote to execute the fix which occurred the week after the initial site inspection. Frankie and Victor have been extremely communicative and reliable in helping me with my rodent problems. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! I had actually had 4 different companies come by for an in person consultation, so I did a fair amount of research prior to hiring them on. One thing that set them aside from the other companies is how responsive and thorough both of these men were in their initial investigation and plan. Frankie, the owner, spent time with me to thoroughly explain what the potential issues were, which traps would be set up, tips for cleaning (they do not offer this service, but advised on timing of cleaning during this plan), and sealing the cracks in the wall. He was very transparent with me on cost and itemized the cost of each service (2 week trapping and sealing of cracks) to me as a part of my consult. During these 2 weeks, he and Victor successfully sealed the crack then laid out traps to catch any potential mice that may still be in the apartment. Thankfully due to their diligence in checking every M/W/F, we were able to determine there was no additional rodent activity (e.g., droppings, urine trails) after the sealing on the first day. We did not catch any mice, so we sunrises that the cracks must have sealed them out. Additionally, I'd like to note their professionalism and excellent communication skills in handing off this job to one another as 1 week of this took place in Frankie's vacation. He communicated to me that Victor will be ensuring I still got the service I need and I did. Victor did an excellent job in letting me know when he would come by my place to check on the traps. Traps (several different types) and poison, to no avail. After several months, we decided to call Francisco. He was highly recommended by my neighbor who had a similar problem. He came out the next day and educated us on the rats, how they enter the property, and how smart they can be! We found out that unbeknownst to us, the rats were actually accessing the property from under the house, and climbing the walls to get into the attic! He showed us what to do, how to seal all the access points, and how to contain and trap them.
