    Mochi donut display case

No mo', geez. Yo Mochi Cafe is a local chain centered around mochi donuts and Korean dogs on a stick. This newest location in the Palms food court caught my eye since I was looking around for new options to use food credit from the Palms players card, and indeed they do accept the card here. The Vietnamese Coffee ($5.50) was a mediocre first impression though. Although the caffeine is there, there is a burnt bitterness that should not be there and just does not go away. This is not a flavor that is present in the best authentic versions of this drink. I also tried a Mochi Donut ($3.50) and went with the Churro flavor. It was fine? Good? I enjoyed the chewiness enough, but there could've been more sweetness and maybe even a touch more cinnamon. Maybe I'll try other items at Yo Mochi, but definitely not the Vietnamese coffee again. And considering that it's pre-batched, I'll probably go across the street for any milk tea or coffee cravings.

I just got home and so upset to see underneath my Mango. I ordered the Mango sticky rice. The Mango Slices were brown. The coconut cream didn't taste fresh. I shouldn't have bought 2. I'm tired from work and I live far. I don't recommend this place

We always get mochi donut here. They have good selections. The customer service is always good. Very friendly atmosphere. Come and check them out.

We popped into Yo Mochi at the Palms hotel food court for mochi donuts and malasadas, and wow... definitelydid not disappoint!! We grabbed a dozen assorted mochi donuts and a dozen assorted malasadas, and every single one was a winner!! Standouts were the Ube Churro & Dubai Strawberry mochi donuts (dangerously good) and the ube-filled ube malasadas, which were delicious!! The mochi donuts have that perfectly chewy, addictive texture that keeps you reaching for just one more. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, everything you want when you're very serious about dessert!!

I gave this place a try while staying at the Palms Hotel & Casino. The first time I went, I got three of the donuts for $10, and I chose crème brûlée, biscoff, and chocolate sprinkles. They were all good, but the crème brûlée one was exceoptional. The next time I went back, I got three more and they were all crème brûlée because, WOW!

Stopped by for a little something sweet. But! Still trying to stay on my eating plan. We had a crème brûlée donut and a filled sugared donut. Both were delicious!!! Topped it off with a Strawberry Kiwi Boba tea. Service was okay. The ambiance is casual. They're located inside the Palms Hotel and Casino, in the food court. Donuts were warm and fresh.

Located in The Palms Casino, we picked up a box of mochi donuts and ube malasadas for a Thanksgiving party. Even though they had probably been sitting out for a while, the flavors were still pretty good. They were definitely a hit, and all the flavors we got tasted great. I'd get them again.

Love the creme brûlée donuts. They taste even better the next day (refrigerated)!! I usually go to the one off Rampart but this one is even closer to me!

Churro, glazed, and biscott. All for my fat sexy husband.

Yo! Sweetest lil place off the strip! Don't miss Yo! Mochi located in the Palm's food court!

If you enjoy getting eye rolls from customers, this might be the place for you. They charge extra fees for using a credit card, and the mochi doesn't look like what's shown on display.

I purchased a lemon bread, not sure how long it was sitting inside their desert counter, but it had a lot of mold. BE

I can say that I've tried the place, but I won't be back... I got to Moignet around 9:45am on a Monday. It wasn't busy at all, and there was only one party ahead of me. Food came out in a timely manner too. I decided to eat a couple of things inside the restaurant and take the rest back to my hotel. I ordered a JoKoy sando, ichigo daifuku, iced vanilla latte, and a half dozen of moniegts with their assorted dips. My favorite item was honestly the vanilla latte. Everything else was mediocre at best and way overhyped. The Jokoy sando was an egg sandwich with mayo, ketchup, and Japanese milk bread. I did enjoy the fluffiness of the scrambled egg, but they needed to be seasoned. The mayo and ketchup combo reminded me of growing up Filipino, so the nostalgic hit on this one. That said, I could've made this at home. The ichigo daifuku was fine since I enjoyed these when I was in Japan. Mochi was soft and melted in your mouth. Admittedly I was very disappointed that they did not have the mango daifuku when I was there. The server explained that mangoes were out of season, which was understandable, but I felt like I was catfished to come there because of them. The least they could do was update their socials with the latest menu. I must say that I prefer regular beignets over these. The mochi filling doesn't really enhance them for me. If anything, they hardened the beignets and decreased their shelf life the longer they weren't eaten. The dips were a lemon curd, chocolate, and a third one that was either strawberry cream or red bean cream (I couldn't tell the difference).

The space is absolutely massive, so unlike other coffee shops where you're fighting for a seat, here you'll never have to worry about it. I ordered a matcha latte, which I really enjoyed. Nothing over-the-top extraordinary, but solid and satisfying. Beyond drinks, the café also sells some quirky merchandise--things like notebooks, school supplies, ramen packs, and sodas--which adds a fun little twist to the usual coffee shop vibe.
